怎样用英语表达年、月、日

一、年份

在英语中,年份一般用阿拉伯数字写出,其读。写方法有以下几种:

1、四位数的年 份,一般前两个数为一个单位,后两个数为一个单位,依
次按基数词读出。如:

1763年写作:1763读作:seventeensixty- three或
seventeenhundredandsixty-three

2006年写作:2006。读作:twothousandandsix

2063 年写作:2063。读作:twentysixtythree或
twentyhundredands ixty-three

2、三位数的年份,可以按基数词读出,或者第一个数字为一个单位, 后
两个数字为一个单位,按基数词读出。如:

385年写作:385。读作:threehundredandeighty- five或
threeeighty-five

509年写作:509。读作:fivehundredandnine或fiveonine

3、两位数的年份,直接按基数词读出。如:

公元前59年写作:59b.c.读作:fifty-nineb.c.(b.c.`bi：`si：是 英文
beforechristkraist的缩写,用在年份后,表示公元前……年。)
< br>公元8年写作:8a.d.读作:eighta.d.(a.d.是拉丁文
annodomini `aneu`dcminai的缩写,用在年份后,表示公元……年。
在不会引起误解的情况下常将其省 略。)

二、月份

月份开头第一个字母必须大写。……月上中下旬的表达方 式
为:earlymidlate月份名称。如:

earlyfebruary二月上旬；mid- february二月中旬；latefebruary二
月下旬。

三、日期

日期用序数词表示,书写时,序数词前的the和词尾(-st,-nd, -rd,-th)可
省略,但读时要念出来。如:

4月21日写作:april21 (st)读作：thetwenty-
firstofapril(英)apriltwenty- first(美)

四、年月日

表示某年某月某日,按月份日期的序数词年 份写出,年份前常用逗号。
如:1993年9月2日写作:september2(nd),1993< br>
当月、日完全用阿拉伯数字表示时,英美人的表达习惯不同,英国人把
日放在月之前, 美国人把月放在日之前。如65在英国表示
maythesixth,而在美国则表示junethef ifth。
