H-3602 FOAM STABILIZER
Feature
H-3602 foam stabilizer is a kind of silicon-carbon bond based non-hydrolytic
copolymer of polysiloxane and polyether. It is suitable for most conventional rigid
polyurethane foam systems, it has wide use range, for example cyclopentane, HCFC-
141b, 134a and high-water content foaming system. H-3602 is applied for premixed
polyols used in refrigerators, freezers, PU panel, spraying foams etc.

Advantages
? It has excellent compatibility and emulsification ability with polyether polyols and
outstanding surface activity;
? it has strong nucleation ability and stabilizing foam ability，it gives very fine cell
structure, and high rate of closed cells;
? it produces good flowability, and it can obviously be reduced or even eliminated
the large voids under foam surface, supper insulation and homogeneous density
distribution;
? it let polyurethane foam obtain superior adhesive strength with mold.

Storage and Application
This product is non-toxic, non-corrosive. Sealed storage in cool and dry place. Its
shelf life is more than 12 months. It is recommended to warm it up to room
temperature before using.

Packaging
In galvanized iron drums with net weight 210 kgdrum or IBC drums with net weight
1050 kgdrum.
