几个常见英语语法

1. 表示毕业于……
I graduated from Suzhou university.
I was graduated from Suzhou university.
2. 主修……专业是…..
My major is electronic information at school.
I majored in electronic information at school.
3. Sometimesome time; sometimessome times
分开some time是‘一段’； 相连sometime是‘某时’
分开some times是‘几次，几倍’； 相连sometimes是‘有时’
Sometimes一般用于一般现在时。
例句：
I’ll stay here for some time. 我将在这里呆一段时间。
I’ll be bake sometime in summer. 我将在夏天的某时回来。
Our office is two times larger than theirs. 我们的办公室是他们的两倍。
He goes to school on foot, but sometimes by bike. 他步行去学校，有时骑自行车去。

4. a lot of=lots of
a lot of apple=lots of people

5. disgust为动词（verb）,使意动词，使厌恶
eg. The smell disgusts me.这个气味使我反胃。
His behavior disgusts everybody.他的行为遭到众人唾弃。

9. 感叹句
How + adj adv+(主语+动词)
eg. How fast it flies!
What + (aan) +adj+noun+ it isthey are

例句：多漂亮的一个女孩啊！
How beautiful the girl is!
What a beautiful girl she is!

10. A littlelittle, a fewfew, a bitbit

a little和little修饰或代替不可数名词
a few和few修饰或代替可数名词
a few与a little用于肯定语气中
few和Little用于否定语气中
例如：-Would you like some wine? -yes, just______
A. a little B. little C. few D. a few
wine是不可数名词排除，并且句子是肯定语气，用a Little
a little和a bit都可修饰adj.和noun， 但a bit不可直接修饰名词，必须加of
当修饰名词时，a Little=a bit of
a little water=a bit of water
例句：
There are a few people in the room.房间里有几个人。
There are few people in the room.房间里几乎没有人。
Could you give me a little milk? 能给我一点牛奶吗？
There was a lot of food on table, but I ate little. 有很多实物在桌上，但我几乎一点
也没吃。
She knows a bit ofa little French. 她懂一点法语。

11. passpast
pass的过去式与过去分词均为passed，不是past
past过去的，以前的，超过
past two years 过去的两年

12. no more thanno less than
no more than: 合用—只不过，至多，仅仅； 分开—和……一样不
例句：
He looks down on other people, but he himself no more than anybody.
他看不起其他人，但他自己也只不过是个庸人。
He is no more diligent than I am. 他和我一样不勤奋。

no less than: 合用—至少，多达； 分开—和…….一样

13. 地名及人名的书写
地名首字母大写： Wuhan
人名：两个字人名- Wu Lan; 三个字：Qian Duoduo
14. be afraid of doing sth.
eg. I’m afraid of making mistakes.

15. be worth doing worth sth. 值得做某事
be worthy of + n.; be worthy to be done
eg. The question is not worthy to be discussed again.
这个问题不值得再讨论。

16. marry的用法
marry sb. 嫁给某人
eg. Tony married her girlfriend. Tony跟女朋友结婚了。
beget married to sb. 与某人结婚
eg. John was married to a doctor last week. John与一个医生结婚了。
Marry sb. to sb.表示父母把女儿嫁给某人或为儿子娶媳妇
eg. She married her daughter to a businessman.她把女儿嫁给了一个商人。
问某人是否结婚，用beget married形式
eg. Are you married? 你结婚了吗？
Marry with指A带着C嫁给B
eg. She married with her daughter.她带着女儿嫁人了。

17. suggest sth to sb. 向某人建议某事
suggest ’s doing sth. 建议某人做某事
eg. He suggested himhis giving up smoking.他建议他不要抽烟。

18. 表地点时inat的用法
at指较小的地方，in指较大的地方
eg. The first time we met was at a hotel in Suzhou. 我们第一次见面是在苏州的一
家宾馆。
19. 表时间atinon的用法
on 用在具体时间点 on Monday
at指时间点或很短的时间
in指时间段, in the morningafternoonevening
eg. He usually begin to work at 9 o’clock in the morning on weekdays in summer.
PS: 当early, late用于句首修饰介词短语，即使是表示具体某一天的上、中、晚
也要用in
eg. early in the morning of National Day 在国庆节的一大早
