自从高考后，我就几乎没有机会跟大型英语考试接触过。直到去
年12月份，我终于有机会前往战场 跟英语四级较量一番。这场考试对
我的意义重大。幸运的是，我顺利地通过了全国英语四级等级考试，< br>证明了我这么多年的努力和半年的辛苦备战没有白白付出，付出就要
收获！因此，我在这里跟大家 分享一下我的一些英语学习的心得。

第一

写作英语作文是一块难啃的骨头 ，在规定的时间内写出一篇
高质量的文章绝非易事。我认为平时积累是有必要的，可以就我们身
边发生的事或物写一篇小文章，以便训练自己的行文结构和语言能
力。其次，我们首先要保证字数，不要 跑题。另外，我们可以适当运
用一些从句，语法结构在写作里面，要得高分就不是那么难了。多多
背诵英语范文也是能提高我们的写作水平。

第二

快速阅读快速阅读虽在 英语四级考试中占的比重很小，但我
们也不能放弃那么小小的一分。首先在我们阅读以前要先看问题，把
问题中的自己觉得重要单词划出来做记号。然后在快速阅读文章的同
时，我们要留意我们所划的 重点单词。最后再从文章相关的段落找出
答案。

第三

听力听力是 我在学习英语过程中最弱的环节。听力在英语四
级考试中所占的比中还是相当大的，毕竟英语是一个综合 提高的过

的套路；在听 的过程中，把自己听不到的或听错的做个记号，重新重
点把这些再仔细地听一遍。在考试听力中，如果刚 开始的时候没有听
到的话，最好就不要太过紧张，要平缓自己的心态，这一点是很重要
的。另外 我认为多看英语电影对我们的听力也会有所帮助的。

第四

阅读理解在阅读 的过程中，我们难免都会遇到我们不懂的单
词。平时多训练自己在规定的时间内完成阅读和答题（大概一 篇7-9
分钟），多阅读英语小说也能提高我们的阅读能力和速度。在考试阅
读的过程中，具体 的阅读方法是因人而异的，对于我来说，我是先快
速浏览整篇文章之后，大概了解一下文章的主旨大意。 接着是回答问
题，然后再有针对性地去阅读文章的具体段落····对于那些我不
懂的单词，很 多时候是不会妨碍到我理解文章的，我则是跳过不懂的
单词继续阅读，因为时间也是非常有限的。

第五

选词填空在做选词填空的时候，我首先是看和分类所提供的
单词， 再回到文章看要填的空格根据词性有针对性地进行选词填空。

第六翻译这一部分主要考察我们 的词汇量和短语的积累。就我个
人觉得，只要保证有一定的词汇量，翻译完再读这个句子读起来觉得通顺、流畅就OK了。

不管是写作、听力、选词填空还是阅读理解，它们都是离不开单
词。我们大家都知道，单词是英语的基础。要学好英语，考出好成绩，
我们都必须记单词。可是 记单词往往成为很多同学的烦恼，今天把这
些单词记住了，有时候一下子就忘了，怎么也记不牢固。记得 读高中，

先自备开头句，分论句，总结句

①开头一般背最近社会上出现了什么问题引起了大家的注意。

②分论一般背某时总有利弊方面，一方面怎么样，另一方面怎么样（固定搭配）。

③ 最后的结尾写自己的看法，也是固定搭配。选中一种后就一直用它（可选用长
点的句子）。

四级过级心得

以下所有仅为个人观点：

对于四级考试，老师都 会教给我们一些考试技巧，如：做听力时要集中精神，做
阅读时先看题目然后再找答案，我也是跟着老师 的方法走的。对于四级，我并没
有买一些针对性的专项题目来训练，我做的只是把那10套真题做完，从 所做的
试题中总结经验。

个人分析:词汇量少，基础中等。

个人经验：

一、记单词。在做四级试题前，我曾记过十几个单元的四级高频词汇，记 单词对
于我来说我觉得挺难的，因为记的单词很快就忘了，所以每隔一段时间我就会回
顾一下之 前所学的单词，反复多次，记得也就牢固了。

二、在做完一份试题后，我会记下我不认识的单 词，然后查出意思和这个词的近
义、反义，还有其不同词性的写法。之后，尝试去记住这些单词，在继续 做多几
份题后发现有些词出现的频率很高，如果我们掌握了这些单词，做阅读时就不会
因为不懂 某个词的意思而卡住。

三、对于选词填空或完型填空这类型的题，我的做法是从上下文推断所 要填的词
的词性，或观察上下文是否有单词与选项中某词是固定搭配，还有就是看上下文
有没有 标志性的词，如果有的话就从此词推断上下文的关系，由此选出答案。

四、做完题对好答案后，我会分析我做错的原因，找出那几个选项之间的差别。

五、平时做试题时计算时间，要努力做到有质有量。

六、对于学习，我认为坚持是很 重要的，一旦我们暂停学习一段时间，之前所学
的就会很快被遗忘，我们只有不停运用我们所学的知识， 我们才能更加深刻地甚
至永久地记住它。希望大家能一直坚持下去，学习进步！

我一直都认为人做什么事都是努力与运气各半的。像考试来说 ，很多人次次考试都能顺顺利利的通过，而

三证之一。大家应该都会有这种心理吧，就是觉得托业桥太简单了，所以在考试的过程中就容易掉以轻 心。
如果你一直都觉得题目简单就没有认真的做题的话，那很有可能你就刚好得了148,146这样的 分数，只差了
几分，也就是说，只要你再做对一两题的选择题你就过了。 我常说这个证不难，大部分靠 运气。但此“运
气”非彼“运气”，我所说的运气其实指的是考试中你本身的心理素质。如果能第一次就 过了的话最好，但如
果不能，还要继续考的话，那就需要很好的心理素质了，一旦你在考试前后或者过程 中就先认为自己又过
不了了的话，那过不了的几率也就加大了。心理上先认输了，自然胜利的机会不大。
以往的托业桥考试都是笔试的，而从今年的四月份开始改成机考，很多同学习惯了笔试，机试对他们来说
会比笔试更难一些，但对于我来说，机试比笔试通过的几率要高很多，因为我是属于第一感觉特别准的人 ，
笔试做听力部分时，常常会在写下答案后又改掉答案，不相信自己的第一选择，也就因为犹豫不决，反 而
影响了下面的做题质量。而机考的听力部分的填题时间只有7秒，超过这7秒就不能再返回去也不能修 改答
案，这就使你必须很认真的听，然后快速做出选择。因为是机考，所以最忌慌，一旦哪题来不及填写 答案，
而时间一过不能填写的时候，不要再想着那道题，而是放弃那道题，全心思放在后面的题上，这样 才不能
导致整个考试以失败结束。
托业桥考试的阅读部分，其实反而是整个托业桥考试中最简 单的部分，没有太多的生词，通常是一些信件，
报纸，或者是表格，然后让你通过给的这些信息来回答所 提出的问题，虽然简单，但更要求的是细心，如
果不够细心，在这部分丢了太多的分的话就太可惜了。关 于托业桥考试的准备，其实没必要去专门买托业
桥的试题去练习，可以按照自己的进度去学习英语，如果 你准备考四级或者六级的话，就把重点放在四级
六级的学习上，在托业桥考试的前一两天再去看下托业桥 考试的规则和题型，熟悉托业桥听力的播放速度
等等。这就是我关于我自己过了托业桥这个证的一些经验 ，希望对那些要考托业桥和还没过托业桥的同学
有所帮助。
