Thank you for your attention. I'm happy to accept the conditional offer from the honored Imperial
Business School. I totally respect and understand that you have your selecting standard. However I
request to waive the one of the condition in terms of IELTS test minumum requirement for score 7,
based on the below reasons.

First, my university, University of Nottingham Ningbo China. is a campuse of University of Nottingham
in China. It is the first of this kind in China with approval from the Chinese Ministry of Education. All
my undergraduate programmes are conducted entirely in English with the same teaching and
evaluation standards as in Nottingham, UK. Our lectuers and seminars all are undertaken by staff
seconded from the University of Nottingham, UK. During the summer of 2008, I'm luck to have the
chance to exchang to UK Nottingham campus. During the courses, I, as well as other students, have
demonstrated my English capabilities to a very high standard. Our teachers have been deeply
expressed by our communication, both speaking and writting English, capabilities.

Second, I have already attended the IELTS test. The overall score is 6.5, including 6.0 in both Writting
and Oral test. Even my overall score is slightly below the condition, I think after one year, my English
language skills have been improved extensivly, especially after the Year 4 intensive studies as well as
the summer internship in the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). I'd like to mention
my internship in China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). It is an international level
business school in China. CEIBS has been ranked by Financial Times as the NO.1 business school in
China for several years, and NO. 7 in the world for 2009. The main tasks I performed in CEIBS is
assiting in professors' research writing, case studies and lecture notes. I have been engaged with
intensive research and case writing. Obviously, the communicatin with professors and staffs in CEIBS is
all in English. And I believe this experience will benefit me in my futhure postgraduate studies.

Third, which is of high importance, even I have sighed up for ITLES test, it is on the 5th, SEP. I'm
confident in acquire a 7 score. However, there would be no time for me to prepare my visa, as well as
the pre- course. I noticed the pre-couse study is one of the core subjectives for the programme. If
there is no time for me to acquire the knowledge, I'm afraid when I start my study in the campuse I
need to spend much more time to capture up. Not mention the tight time schedule for visa
application.

Based on the facts mentioned above, especially the last one, It will be sad for my to see that this 0.5
point distance ruin my entrance. I sincerely ask you for reconsidering of my admission condition. I
believe my performance can prove that your decision is correct.
