tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am

graduate program.

Education backgroundIn 1995, I entered the
Nanjing University of Science & Technology （NUST） --
widely considered one of the China’s best engineering
schools. During the following undergraduate study, my
academic records kept distinguished among the whole
department. I was granted First Class Prize every
semester, and my overall GPA（89.5100） ranked No.1
among 113 students. In 1999, I got the privilege to
enter the graduate program waived of the admission
test. I selected the Shanghai Jiao Tong University to

where my research interest lies.

At the period of my graduate study, my overall

1、了解自我介绍的分类

自我介绍根据介绍人的不同，可以分为主动型自我介绍
和被动型自我介绍两种类型。

（1）在社交活动中，在欲结识某个人或某些人却无人引
见的情况下，即可自己充当自己的介 绍人，将自己介绍给对方。
这种自我介绍叫做主动型的自我介绍。

（2）面试自我介绍，将自己的某 些方面的具体情况进行
一番自我介绍。这种自我介绍则叫做被动型的自我介绍。

2 、面试自我介绍的内容，包括本人姓名、供职的单位及
部门、担负的职务或从事的具体工作等三项，又叫 工作式自我
介绍内容的三要素，通常缺一不可。



①姓名。应当一口报出，不可有姓无名，或有名无姓。

②单位。单位及部门，如可能最好全部报出，具体工作
部门有时可以暂不报出。

③职务。担负的职务或从事的具体工作，有职务最好报
出职务，职务较低或者无职务，则可报 出目前所从事的具体工
作。

举个例子，可以说：“我叫唐果，是大秦广告公司的公
关部经理。”

3、面试自我 介绍应大体包括本人的姓名、工作、籍贯、
学历、兴趣以及与交往对象的某些熟人的关系等。如：“我的
名字叫王光，是里润公司副总裁。20xx年前，我和您先生是
大学同学。”

4、掌 握面试自我介绍的分寸想要自我介绍恰到好处、不
失分寸，就必须高度重视下述几个方面的问题：



（1）控制时间

①进行自我介绍一定要力求简洁，尽可能 地节省时间。
通常以半分钟左右为佳，如无特殊情况最好不要长于1分钟。
为了提高效率，在作 自我介绍的同时，可利用名片、介绍信等
资料加以辅助。

②自我介绍应在适当的时 间进行。进行自我介绍，最好
选择在对方有兴趣、有空闲、情绪好、干扰少、有要求之时。
如果 对方兴趣不高、工作很忙、干扰较大、心情不好、没有要
求、休息用餐或正忙于其他交际之时，则不太适 合进行自我介
绍



（2）讲究态度

①态度要保持自然、友善、亲切、随和，整体上讲求落
落大方，笑容可掬。

②充满信心和勇气。忌讳妄自菲薄、心怀怯藐。要敢于
正视对方的双眼，显得胸有成竹，从容不迫。

③语气自然，语速正常，语音消晰。生硬冷漠的语气、
过快过慢的语速，或者含糊不清的语音，都会严重 影响自我介
绍者的形象。

（3）追求真实。进行自我介绍时所表述的各项内容，一
定要实事求是，真实可信。过分谦虚，一味贬低自己去讨好别
人，或者自吹自擂，夸大其词，都 是不足取的。

总的说来，面试自我介绍十分重要，良好的表达，不仅
可以展现自己 ，而且可以大大提高用人单位的好感。
