四六级最新考试流程公布 考生表示不太习惯
距离12月14日英语四六级考试的 时间已经不到10天了，改革后的四六级考试流程图
和以往不同，这次的流程图显示，听力的时间减少， 并且听力结束后立马收回答题卡。晚报
记者采访了一些考生，他们均表示不太习惯，而相关专家则认为， 这需要考生提高效率。
听力部分时间缩短
涂卡时间也在锐减
根据昨 天网上发布的2013年四六级考试最新流程图显示，英语四六级考试的听力环节
时间由原先的约35分 钟变成了30分钟。并且以往的考试听力部分的答题卡直到整个考试结
束才需要交。但改革后，听力结束 后将立马收回答题卡。这也就意味着，考生涂答题卡的时
间锐减，必须要边听听力边涂答题卡，否则来不 及。
七成考生称不适应
担心影响听力效果
对于英语四六级考试听力 时间减少和涂卡时间的锐减，考生们有什么感受呢？昨日，记
者随访了20多名要参加英语四六级考试的 考生，超过七成的学生认为，涂卡时间的锐减会
对他们的考试产生一定的影响。
“肯定是 很不习惯的啊。”云南民族大学[微博]的大三学生阮罗香告诉记者，她平时考
听力都是先在试卷上作答 ，听力结束后再涂答题卡。但是改革后，没有涂卡时间了，“感觉
会很不习惯。”
“不仅 内容变了，连时间都缩短了，不适应。”师大学生瞿祥育说，这次的考试不得不
采用边听变涂卡的形式， 一方面是不习惯，另一方面就是会影响听的效果，“忙前顾后的，
怕跟不上节奏。”
也有的考生表示，其实主要是一个习惯转变的问题，涂卡时间锐减，未必是坏事。
民大学生张志良 就认为，以往听力结束后，还要花时间涂卡，往往导致做后面题的时间
不够，现在涂卡时间锐减，必须压 迫自己边听边涂，反而时间安排更合理了。张志良说：“关
键还是要习惯，现在就打算多练习，尽快适应 改革。”
听力题型也将改革
一字不差填出原词
今年8月，四六级考 试委员会公布，从2013年12月起，对英语四六级考试题型改革。
在单词及词组听写中，原来的复合 式听写，播放3遍短文，要求考生根据听到的内容写出文
中空缺的3个句子和7个单词或词组。原复合式 听写调整为单词及词组听写后，短文长度及
难度不变，要求考生在听懂短文的基础上，用所听到的原文填 写空缺的单词或词组，共10
题。短文播放3遍。
一些考生觉得这样改革难度加大，因为 此前的听力听写句子中，只需写出句子的大概意
思就能得分，现在则得一字不差地写出原词，“我们常常 把单词拼写错误，更有可能把词组
中的介词听不出来，所以很容易丢分。”
专家给出备考建议
泛听与精听相结合
对于改革后听力的备考，专家认为，听力部分 ，原来的复合式听写部分，过去出题形式
是每空分值不等；改革后的形式是考察10个单词或短语，每空 得1分。从四六级的改革可
看出，考试对单词的要求越来越全面，以往可能只要求会认，现在还要求会听 ，会拼。
备考建议：大家背单词的时候要注意单词的广度，简单说就是每个科目(分类)底
下 的单词都要背得非常熟悉。如果有3个月或以上的时间备考，对于整个听力部分，平时的

训练可以泛听和精听结合。泛听，考生平常可以随意地听一些像VOA、BCC、CNN的优秀英文
广播 ；精听，需要选好音频材料，然后把材料一字一句地听写下来。
英语四六级考试改革：新添6种违规处理
2013年下半年全国大学英语四六级考试将于12月1 4日进行，与以往不同，下半年考
试的考试时间、条形码粘贴位置均出现变化，而且新增添了6种违规处 理。
由于四、六级考 试的试卷结构和测试题型的局部调整，英语四级考试时间为
9:0 0-11:25,较之前延长了5分钟。条形码粘 贴位置也出现变化，考生条形码粘贴框由答题
卡2上调整至答题卡1上。
此次考试还新增 添了6种违规处理，包括：考生不正确填写(涂)个人信息，错贴、不贴
条形码粘贴条；考生未按要求放 置或提前翻阅试题册；考生未按要求 用笔作答题目，导致
无法评卷；考生撕毁、污损试题册或答题卡； 考试结束后，考生仍作答试题；在评卷过程中，
考生答题卡(答卷)出现在其他考场试卷袋内。
2013年12月英语四级六级作文评分标准
六级考试作文的出题方式有：命题作文，看图画或图表作文，根据所给文章(英文或 中
文)写出文章摘 要或大意，给出关键词作文等。考试的作文内容为社会、文化或日常生活的
一般常识，不涉及知识面过广 、专业性太强的内容。对作文的要求是： 切题，文理通顺，
表达正确，意思连贯，无重大语言错误。
下面就给大家介绍下六级考试作文的评分原则和标准，并通过收集来的样卷作一个详细
说明。
(一)作文考试概况
写作部分测试学生用英语进行书面表达的能力，所占分值比例为15%，考试 时间30分
钟。写作测试选用考生所熟悉的题材，要求考生根据所提供的信息及提示(如：提纲、情景、
图片或图表等)写出一篇短文，四级120-180词，六级150-200词。
(二)作文评分原则
1. CET是检查考生是否达到大学英语教学大[微博]纲规定的六级教 学要求，对作文的
评判应以此要求为准则。
2. CET作文题采用总体评分(Global Scoring)方法。阅卷人员就总的印象给出奖励分
(Reward Scores)，而不是按语言点的错误数目扣分。
3. 从内容和语言两个方面对作文进行综合 评判。内容和语言是一个统一体，作文应表
达题目所规定的内容，而内容要通过语言来表达。要考虑作文 是否切题，是否充分表达思想，
也要考虑是否用英语清楚而确切地表达思想，也就是要考虑语言上的错误 是否造成理解上的
障碍。
4. 避免趋中倾向。该给高分的给高分，包括满分；该给低分 的给低分，包括0分，一
名阅卷人员在所阅的全部作文卷中不应只给中间的几种分数。
(三)作文评分标准
本题满分为15分，成绩分为六个档次：13-15分、10-12分、7- 9分、4-6分、1-3分
和0分。各档次的评分标准见下表：

四六级考委会发布12月考试提示
北京考试报讯(记者 蔡文玲)全国大学英语四六级考 试委员会办公室日前发布关于
2013年12月四六级考试提示，向考生介绍考试内容及注意事项，同时 提醒考生，作答作文
期间不能翻阅试题册。
12月的英语四六级考试为“多题多卷”模式 ，即在同一考场内采用内容不同的试题组
成多套试卷实施考试，多套试卷之间的难度差异通过试卷之间的 等值计算来得到平衡。因此
考生的报道成绩不会因其所答试卷的不同而受影响。
考委会提 醒考生，在正式开始作答前，按要求正确填写(涂)答题卡1和答题卡2上的准
考证号、姓名等信息后， 还要将试题册背面的条形码粘贴条揭下后粘贴至答题卡1左上角的
条形码粘贴框内，并正确填写试题册背 面的准考证号和姓名。不正确填写(涂)个人信息，错
贴、漏贴条形码的，将按违规处理。
考试正式开始后，考生方可开始作答，所有题目要在答题卡上作答，且要在规定时间内
依次完成作文、听 力、阅读、翻译部分试题。作文题内容印在试题册背面。作答作文期间，
考生不能翻阅该试题册。听力录 音播放完毕后，考生要停止作答，监考员将回收答题卡1，
考生得到监考员指令后方可继续作答。选择题 均为单选题，错选、不选或多选不得分。
