pictures and interesting articles in it. I enjoy reading the
paper. I read it to improve my English. I have learnt a lot
of new words and useful expressions.
2. What are the uses of a newspaper?
The primary use of a newspaper is its informative
function. It informs the public of news.
Newspapers also warns the public of dangers of
happenings like storms to come, diseases which can be
spread, dangerous prisoners who come out from a
prison and might hurt people.
Another use of newspapers is to instruct. They teach us
how to cook a dish, tell us how to deal with money, and
show us the way to start a business, and many others.
3. Is the newspaper will become the Media of the Past?
Newspaper once accorded with the time and people‘s

need, but now with the development of science and
technology it doesn‘t. This rule also works in future.
