元宵节英语作文_第1篇：

Today is the Lantern Festival, also called the Lantern

今天是元宵节，也叫灯节。到处都洋溢着节日的喜庆，人们都
纷纷挂上了各式各样的灯 笼，有西瓜灯、绢灯、孔明灯等。

元宵节人们都要吃元宵，元宵种类很多，有豆沙馅的、有芝麻
的------看那白白胖胖的元宵，让人 胃口大开。最让人高兴的事情就
是晚上看烟花，我和爸爸早早地来到广场，这里聚集了很多人，他们手里拿着各式各样的烟花，在一个叔叔的建议下，大家把烟花一排一
排地摆放在地上，然后一起点火 ，刚一点火，只见各式各样的烟花破
壳而出，发出一声巨响，从天而降，仿佛把天空炸了一个洞，那一朵
朵绽放的礼花把深蓝色的天空布置的五彩斑斓，开放的礼花像一个彩
球，像一朵朵雪花，像一颗 颗拖着彩带的流星，像春天里互相争芳斗
艳的鲜花一样，令人赏心悦目，把漆黑的夜晚照的如同白昼一样 ，把
元宵之夜变得如此美丽，我简直被迷住了。

今年的元宵节真快乐。

元宵节是个非常热闹的节日。

今年元宵节，我和爸爸、妈妈一起去小广场看花灯。我 们走在
路上时，我远远就看见小广场上是一片人山人海，十分热闹。我迫不
急待地赶到小广场， 那里的灯真是五花八门，有宝塔形状的灯、有大
鱼形状的灯......，只听见嗖的一声，一个个烟花 冲向天空，在天空
放射出五颜六色的光芒。一个个孔明灯缓缓地升向天空，渐渐地向东
面飘去。

看完了灯，在回家的路上，我决定明年元宵节也要去小广场看
灯，我相信明 年的元宵节的场面会比今年更热闹!
