次站在三尺讲台前，面对着一双双求知的眼睛的时候，神圣
的使命感油然而生，我清楚的知道师者，传道授业解惑也的
深刻含义，韩愈将传道放在了第一位，就是告诉我们作为一
名优秀的教师，首先要注重学生的人格培养，先育人而后才

大功告成的。尤其是作为一名讲授医学课程的教师，我时刻
