个自我介绍。一个好的自我介绍自然加分不少。那么如何才能自信
地做出一份与众不同的自我介绍呢？

这里分享一些我个人的经验给你。

我们很多同学在英语面试的时候都喜欢这样：

Hello, my name is XXX, you can call me XXX. I graduate

我们换角色想一 下。如果你是面试官，你在面试一个人前能不看
他的简历吗？简历上能没有面试者的毕业信息吗？能没看 过你的工
作经验吗？

所以，如果你在自我介绍时，还是按上面的套路。你的面试肯定
很难出彩。

那么，他更想听什么呢？

如果你是应届生，他其实更想听的是，你在公司需要的专业方面
做过哪些实践，在实践中遇到过哪些问题 ，而这些问题你是如何解
决的。

而如果你是换工作，他更想听的是 ，你在上一家公司时遇到的最
困难的问题是什么，你是如何解决的，你从中得到了什么经验。

这些是面试官最想听到的。

其次，是你为 什么要选择一个新的工作机会以及对当前在面试的
公司有过哪些调查，对这个职位有哪些期望。这可以显 示出你对公
司和这个职位的重视，也可以让公司了解你的职业规则是否与本公
司匹配。

其实以上两方面，即使你不在自我介绍时说，一般的公司面试时
都会问 。那么，与其等面试官开口，不如自己主动来的效果好。

很多人在和人说英 语的时候会很紧张，越是正式的场合，越是听
的人多越紧张。这主要是两个方面的问题：

一方面，练习不够加上心里没有积累足够多的可以脱口而出的句
子。

在我们平时的英语学习中，一定要重要“背”。这个观点我在很
多问答中也回答过。只有心里背的句子多 了，才会在自己说英语时
有更多的选择。选择多了，就不会在说英语时，一时语塞却又没办
法， 导致让自己更加紧张。

背的多了，在说英语时就会比较游刃有余。

在背的同时也要注意练习。如果自己的女友或者老公老婆英语不
错，他 们是最好的练习口语的对象。如果你在最亲密的人面前说英
语都紧张到不行，那可想而知在其他人面前的 窘态了。

所以我们要先做到在熟悉的人面前可以从容地说英语，然后再到
相对陌生的环境中去实践。

另一种练习办法是每天早晨对着镜子和自己“自说自话”一会。
可以说任何你想到的东西 ，比如昨晚的梦啊，心里正在烦恼的事
啊，讨厌的人啊等等等等。天长日久，我们的口语一定会有一个质
的飞越。

除了以上两点以外。这里有一个做自我介绍的小窍门，分享给
你。

窍门就是，要学会巧妙地问问题。

这个怎么讲呢？

我们每个人都不可能一直保有一个非常好的状态，那么难免有时
在做自我介绍时确实状态 不好。导致很多本来应该可以说的东西没
有说出来。这时，问问题是一个很棒的补救方式。

我们可以在做自我介绍中，用问问题的方式表明你对这个职业的
重视。比如你在介绍你在 之前遇到的困难时，可以寻问面试官:

以类似的“交互”式的方式让你的自我面试更加生动，令人印象
深刻。

最后再补充一下，除了英语方面的训练，面试时自信起码有一半
还是取决于“打铁还需自身硬”。如果我们真的有真才实学并且做
到有备而来，再加上英语的平时积累 ，那么做到自信地做自我面
试，自然水到渠成。

?第一段可以看出，这个学生的能力是很强的，但没有组织 好语
言，显得比较乱，而且说的太简单;结尾结的比较生硬，就像在背
书。

?总体来看，这个学生整篇介绍都比较简单，时间也达不到要
求，显得有的仓促，而且在 介绍大学生活时只介绍了两件事，其实
大学生活4年会学到很多的知识，但他都没有介绍，另外结尾结的
太简单，不自然。

?3、综合指导

?这里只是给出一些中规中矩且常见的案例，相信很多考生 自己
能设计更好更独特的自我介绍，但案例中出现的失误，希望大家能
避免，一些不错的亮点也 别忘记，还有别为了吸引注意，刻意标新
立异。此外，在自我介绍中有的学生还会犯一个错误，就是介绍 自
己看了哪些哪些书，有时就撞到枪口上了，被老师连续发问后很尴
尬，所以在自我介绍的时候 尽量诚实介绍，不然一个小小的失误就
会导致失败。
