I once came across an American tourist. She said,

ago, China took the lead in the world, and now it is
the US that is leading.”My heart was deeply touched
by these words. It is true that we're still a
developing nation, but it doesn't mean that we can
despise (鄙视) ourselves. We have such a
long-standing history, we have such abundant resources,
we have such intelligent and diligent people, and we
have enough to be proud of. We have reasons to say
proudly： we are sure to take the lead in the world in
the future again, for our problems are big, but our
ambition (雄心) is even bigger, our challenges (挑
战) are great, but our will is evengreater.
I am Chinese. I have inherited (继承) black hair
and blackeyes. I have inherited the virtues of my
ancestors. I have also taken over responsibility. I am
sure, that wherever I go, whatever I do, I shall never
forget that I am Chinese!

I have been in University for about one year. During
my stay here, I came to realize that university life
is like drinking coke. We experience all tastes of

me company. I am sad that I can't be there with them.
Lucky for me, life in university is rich and colorful.

skills. The university is a society miniature, what
we learn here will benefit our future life. Our path
in life will not always be smooth. Setbacks can't be

such setbacks are likely to get us down. Sometimes we
fell so frustrated that we even burst into tears.
Drinkin coke is wonderful, despite the undesirble
consequent hiccups. It's bitter, sour and peppery, but
also sweet. And you'll even feel excited after gulping
down a glass. A college experience is part of growing
up. We cry, smile, fall in love, get hurt, leave, learn

and then we become a better person. University life
is like drinking coke. I'm experiencing it. And I know,

I think a minute and say being a doctor is my dream
job.
Doctor is an other kind of artist who does human
art by fighting with diseases and making people feel
good. I think it is a pleasure to try my best to bring
happiness to others. It is a feeling of pride and I am
fond of it. In modern life, a mass of people work day
and night to seek wealth and as a result they ignore
their health. It is known that strong body is a
foundation of beatific life. I dreamed to be an
excellent doctor who can help them have a right to
enjoy life again. Curing people is a doctor's holy

Being a doctor is my dream job, now I should study
