关于承办“英语之星”演讲比赛策划方案

为了丰富文化节内容和广大同学的课余生活，加强英语的学习和交
流，提高同 学们学习英语的积极性，给学生提供一个展现自我，提
升自我的机会和舞台，校团委决定举办“英语之星 ”演讲比赛。

一.赛前准备工作：

1.明确承办比赛的纲要

1）活动目的

〈1〉提高同学学习英语的积极性，特别是提高对英语口语训练的积
极性。

〈2〉丰富学生的课余生活。

〈3〉为大学生提供一个学习和交流英语学习的平台，共同进步。
〈4〉加深对英语口语的重要性的认识。

〈5〉通过举办活动，为广大英语爱好者提供一个互相交流和学习的
机会。

2）参赛选手要求：

（1）在校学生，性别年龄不限（2）主题由承办单位选定后，题目自选，要求内容积极、健康、向上。（3）如有背景音乐，则自带光
碟。

（4）自备服装和道具

3）参赛人数：

选拔赛自由报名，每个系2－3人

4）时间及有关场地安排：

时间： 10月28日中午12：00报名截止（逾期作弃权处理，通过电
子邮件形式报名以收到确定邮件为准）

11月1日公布录音选拔赛名单

11月3日录音选拔，根据报名情况分批进行

11月5日上午公布录音选拔前12名名单， 同时，中午12：00进行
演讲抽签，公布命题演讲题目（地点待定）

11月9日交演讲稿（电子版，打印版）、电子版照片到联系人处
11月11日星期四晚7：00（演讲比赛）

地点：广播站（录音选拔）2楼报告厅（演讲比赛）

5）比赛环节

比赛分为两个环节：录音选拔及演讲比赛。

6）录音选拔：

录音选拔出英语发音纯正、有英语演讲才能的人，其前12名参加演
讲比赛。

7）演讲比赛：

〈1〉比赛流程：

比赛由 二部分组成：一，先进行命题演讲（限时3分钟），命题演
讲结束后，评委提问1—2个问题，选手回答 限时1分钟。二，即兴
演讲（选手准备30秒，回答限时2分钟）；其中命题演讲是参赛者
围绕 我们的主题在比赛前选好文章进行演讲。即兴演讲是现场抽题
现场回答。评委们用英语提问，可以是与主 题有关的或是演讲者在
演讲过程中涉及的问题或是评委感兴趣的问题，参赛者用英文回答，
这考 察了选手们的应变能力和对英语的运用能力。

（2）评分标准：（满分100分）

●仪表形象：（20分）1）着装整齐，大方得体。（10分）2）姿态
自然，动作适度。（ 10分）

●演讲内容：（50分）3）主题鲜明，符合主题内容。（25分）4）
内容充实，事例动人，贴近生活，富有鲜明的时代感。（15分）5）
行文流畅，用词精练，详略得当。 （10分）

●语言艺术：（30分）6）发音标准，流利。（10分）7）节奏处理
得当，技巧运用自如。（10分）8）表现力、应变能力强，能活跃气
氛，引起高潮。（10分）
（3）评分规则：评委明确给出每部分评分（评分为整数），由工作
人员进行最后加总， 去掉最高分与最低分，取平均分为选手比赛成
绩，按成绩排名分别获一、二、三等奖。最佳台风奖和最受 欢迎奖
由评委票选得出（如票数相同则得分高者获奖）

8）奖项设立:

一等奖1名（同时获英语之星称号）二等奖2名三等奖3名鼓励奖
若干名

同时在此比赛中设立最佳台风奖，最受欢迎奖各一名。（此奖项与
上述奖项不冲突）

9）颁奖：比赛结束后，颁发获奖证书和奖品

2.前期宣传准备工作（院团委宣传部负责：刘愉强）

1）10月18日将此活动通知各院 系分团委研分会，希望各院系协助
组织有此方面特长的同学报名参加

，每个学院推荐2～3位同学。

2）通过我校团委、学生会向学院团委、学生会发邀请函，协助报名。
3）10月19日起将张贴海报 在bbs上发贴，宣布大赛报名正式开始。
报名截止于10月28日中午12：00。

4）做好宣传工作。

5）10月28日左右将再一次张贴海报

6）11月3日左右进行初赛。

3.主持人的选定（组委会负责）

比赛选男女主持人各一名

4.评委和嘉宾的邀请：（组委会理事负责）

1）邀请7个评委参加比赛的评选工作，其中最好有一两个外教，其
中一个外教在比赛后做点评

2）邀请相关院系领导或辅导员，校学生会主管领导做出席大赛嘉宾

3）嘉宾和评委可做颁奖人

4）所有评委和嘉宾在11月8号前确定

5.比赛内容和资料

1）录音选拔赛的资料由总策划收集整理并审核确认。2）决赛即兴< br>演讲资料由总策划收集整理制作，3）为保密起见，不能让其他人知
