一、简介：
我厂生产的直线振动筛是与中国矿业学院联合设计制造的，是利用振动电机激振的原理，
使物料在筛面上被筛子抛起，同时向前作直线运动，以合理匹配的筛网达到筛分的目的。适
合于0.0 74—6mm的任何物料的筛分，最大给料粒度不大于10mm. i. introduction:

四、筛分原理：
物料从给料机均匀地进入筛分机的 进料口，在振动电机的激振下向前方边跳动、边筛分，通
过多层筛网分出数种产品和不合格的物品。筛上 物、筛下物，分别从各自的出口排出，流入
料仓或盛料筒。 4 working principles:

五、结构说明：
本筛机主要由筛箱、筛框、筛网、振动电机、电机台座、减振弹簧、支架组成。
1、 筛箱：由厚度不同的不锈钢板焊制而成，具有一定的强度、

钢度和耐腐蚀性，是筛机的主要组成部分。
2、 筛框：由不锈钢方管组成，强度高、变形小，主要用来保持
筛网平整，达到正常筛分。
3、 筛网：有低碳钢、黄铜、青铜、不锈钢丝等数种筛网。
4、 振动电机性能稳定，寿命长。
5、 电机台座：下振式（电机安在筛箱下方），使用前连接螺钉
必须拧紧，特别是新筛机试用前三天必须反复紧固，以免松动，造成事故。
6、 减振弹簧：阻止振传给地面同时支持筛箱的全部重量。安装
时，弹簧必须垂直于地面。
7、 支架：由四个支柱和两个槽钢组成，支持着筛箱。安装时支
柱必须垂直于地面，连接支柱的槽钢应相互平行。 5. structure description:

六、安装与调试：
新筛机安装好以后，应按以下要求检查：
1、 检查振动电机绕组对地的绝缘电阻，若小于0.5mω必须烘
干后方能使用。
2、 检查振动电机的接线运转方向；两台振动电机必须反向运
转。
3、 检查筛机、电机的连接螺丝钉，必须紧固。
4、 检查支架，安装的是否垂直、稳固，支柱不得悬空。
5、 以上各项没问题，方能开机试车，先空载半小时，观察筛机，
筛机启动应迅速、运行平稳、无特殊噪音，方能正常使用。 6, installation and
adjustment:

checked:
1), check the insulation resistance of the vibration motor winding to ground,
if less than 0.5mω must be dried before using.
2), check the wiring running direction of the vibration motor; two vibrating
motors must run in the reverse.
3), check the screening machine, the motor screw connections must be tightened.
4), check the bracket, if installed in vertical, solid, pillar not vacant.
七、直线筛的筛网的安装
1、先将筛框从箱体中取出来。
2、将压网筋螺钉卸下，取下压网筋(各个筛机压网筋不能互换)。
3、检查网架，和筛网接触的网架面不能有碰伤和硬划伤，如有应

用细砂纸打磨平至光滑。
4、首先将剪好的粗筛网平铺在筛网的下面，四周铺平，用压条压
好。
5、再把剪好的细筛网平铺在网架上。
6、扣上压网筋，首先将靠出料上端的压网筋固定，拉平筛网，不
能有皱褶，然后再将靠进料 端是压网筋固定。待网在长度方向绷紧后，再将两侧压网筋
固定。固定两侧压网筋时，要分段从中间开始 压紧螺丝。
7、用中间的压网条将网压紧。
8、最后将压网筋螺丝逐个拧紧，使整个网面绷紧。
9、将绷好的网架装入箱体，将压网架装入，拧紧螺丝(四周密封
条不能有断裂和缺块，四周密封和压网筋密封都要严)。
7 installation of screen mesh
1), firstly screen frame should be taken out from the box.
2), discharge the screws of pressure net bars, remove the pressure net bars
(pressure net bars of each screen machines are not interchangeable).
3), check the screen net, it’s surface can not have hard bumps and scratches,
and if so, use fine sandpaper to smooth and flat.
4), at first, cut out of a piece of coarse screen mesh and tile it below the fine
screen mesh, surrounded by paved, with the pressure by the pressure bar.
5), then cut out of a piece of fine mesh and tile on the screen net.
6), fasten pressure net bars, firstly reinforcement by pressure net bars to the
upper end of the outlet , level the screen, not wrinkled, and then fixed the
pressure net bars to the feeding end. screen net in the length direction to be
taut, and then fixed on both sides of pressure net bars. when fixed on both sides
of pressure net bars, to start clamping screw from the middle segment.
8), at last tighten the screws on the pressure net bars one by one, so that the
whole mesh taut.
9), put the finished screen net into the screen box, and install the pressure
net, tighten the screws (surrounding seal ring can not have the broken and missing
pieces, the seal by seals ring and pressure net bars should be enclosed).
八、操作规程：
1、准备：操作者应先阅读交班记 录，然后检查筛网是否完好、筛框是否压紧，各连接螺
钉是否牢固、弹簧支架是否正常。
2、启动：空机运行数分钟，正常后，才能给料生产，若有异常应先排除故障再生产。
3、运转：正常生产中操作者不得随便离开岗位，以免发生事故。
4、停机：先停给料机，后停筛机，并写好交班记录。
8, operating procedures:
1), ready: shift operator should read the record, and then check the screen is
intact, the screen frame is pressed, the connection is firmly screw, spring bracket
is normal.
2), start: empty run a few minutes, normal, then feed production, if an exception
should be troubleshooting and reproducing.
3), operation: sifter operator should not be allowed to leave their posts in
normal production operations for avoiding accidents.

4), stop: first stop feeder, after stopping screening machine, and written shift
record.
九、维修：
1、操作者每天上班时必须检查筛网和筛分质量，做到及时更换筛
网。
2、每班应定期检查连接螺钉，以免松动。
3、每半年小维修二次，每年大维修一次。
4、振动电机定期加油。 9 maintenance:

引言
随着中国对外改革开放的不断深入和发展，特别是加入wto之后，越来越多的中国商品
不断地进入世界市场，与外国的商品进行竞争。而几乎任何的商品在出口时，通常都要将中
文的产品说 明书翻译成外文，方可在相应的国家或地区销售，其中绝大部分都是汉译英的翻
译。随着我国进出口贸易 的不断发展，产品说明书的翻译在当今社会上的需求将愈来愈广泛。
在实践中，广大的翻译工作者进行了 大量的产品说明书的翻译实践工作；在理论上，对这一
具体的科技经贸文体的翻译现象进行研究也受到了 越来越的重视。因此，本文旨在运用描写、
比较、和实例分析等文体学研究方法以及语篇翻译理论对中文 产品说明书的文体特征及其英
译特点进行归纳和研究。
1. 中文产品说明书的语篇特征
产品说明书一般属于科技和经贸实用文体的一部分。科技文体由于 题材内容、使用方式
和应用范围的特殊性而形成了自身在体例、用词、语用和修辞等多方面的文体特征。 而在科
技实用文体中，产品说明书又是一种独特的文体。通过实例分析可以看出，说明书在文体上
既具有科技文体的一般性，又具有自身特殊性，其内容、体例、格式、句子结构等均与其它

科技文体有较大的区别。
产品说明书承担着向消费者介绍产品的性能、作用、生产工艺、 使用方法等多种信息的
重要作用，目的在于对产品进行全面介绍与宣传。其体例和内容由于产品的不同也 会有较大
的差别。如工业产品使用说明书“一般将安全使用，工作原理、结构、技术参数、安装、调试、操作和故障排除等部分（或选用几部分）作为并列的章节安排，形成语篇”（朱植德，2003：
58）。药品使用说明书中一般包括药品名称，成份，性状，作用类别，功能主治，用法用量，
注意事 项，规格，有效期，生产日期等等。 食品使用说明书一般包括食品名称，配料，食用
方法，保质期和生 产日期等。而家用电器说明书则“一般来说它通常由特别功能，零件说明，
操作要领，注意事项，保养方 法几大部分组成。”（潘月，2003： 45）
就其句子结构特点而言，由于其内容一般均 为解释、说明、规定和建议等，所以各种说
明书所使用的句子结构，与其它类型的科技论文比较，一般相 对要简短一些, 多使用简单句、
陈述句、无主句和祈使句等，少见冗长复杂的叠床架屋式的复合句，因 此，它具备一般说明
性文本的语言特点，如简洁、明了、轻快等。
从词汇上来看，其特点则一般是大量使用专有名词或专业术语和缩略词等。（朱植德，2003：
58）
2. 产品说明书英译的特点
2.1专有名词或专业术语的英译
在各种各样的产品说明书里，一般都会包含大量有关的专有名词或专业术语,比如工业产
品说明书中的球 轴承（ball bearing）、大圆头螺钉（truss head screw）、数码声显（digital
indicator）；化妆品说明书中的粉底（foundation）、粉扑（powder puff）、睫毛膏（mascara）
以及医药产品说明刘 坚（1968─），男，湖南湘潭人，在 读硕士，湖南科技大学外国语学院
讲师，主要从事应用语言学研究。
书中的单甘脂（glycery monostearafe）、十八醇、（octadocnol）、人参(ginseng)等等。
术语的准确翻译是产品说明书英译中的难点。它要求译者有广博的知识，原作者的知识
面有多关广，译者 也要有多广，甚至还要求更广。因为作者没有提到的，或认为不言自明的，
正需要译者向读者做出说明和 解释。
根据科技术语翻译的一般原则（如确切性，单义性，系统性，简明性，理据性，稳定性 ，
能产性等），（樊才云，钟含春， 2003： 57）中文产品说明书中术语的英译一般应采取直译
的方法，即将中文术语照字面意思直接翻译成相对应、对等的英文术语。当中文术语和英文
对应 术语的相关信息（所指、内涵、用法）都基本吻合（或无根本忤逆）时，直译法一般具
有简单明了的效果 。如：电子产品中的“直流电压”和“电容器” 可分别直译为“dc voltage”
和“capa citor”；医药化工产品中的“巯基乙酸”和“洁面泡沫”可分别直译为“mercptoacetic
acid”和“cleaning foam”；而食用产品中的“防腐剂”和“稳定剂”则可分别直译 为
“preservative”和“stabilizer”等等。
2.2 简单句、无主句和并列句的英译
中文化妆品说明书中多习惯使用简单句,而英译时则多转换为 长句、复合句。这一特点一
般在说明书中的“功能”说明部分尤为突出。这是因为“在科技英语中，为了 论理准确（即
所下的定义、定律、定理要精确，所描绘的概念、叙述的生产工艺过程要清楚），往往会加 入
一定修饰性、限制性的语句??有的句子甚至构成整整一个段落”。（范武邱，2001：63）但这
些句子“结构长而不乱，信息分布合理，给人以一气呵成之感”。（同上，58）并且正是由于
这些长句、复合句的使用， 使得英文说明书更显得条理清晰，逻辑性强。中文说明书里的简
单句、无主 句和并列句在英译时多采用归化法，将其转化为英文的长句或复合句，主要表现
为定语从句、-ing结 构以及并列结构。
2.2.1 转化为定语从句

2.2.2 转化为-ing结构
2) 【功能主治】顺气降逆，消积止痛。

2.2.3 并列结构的转换
1) 松开杆上的螺丝，将杆插入套管，然后用螺丝固定套管；
remove the screws from the pole. insert the pole the joint. secure the joint with
the screws,
2) 镇咳祛痰。用于咳嗽，支气管炎。
eliminate phlegm and relieve cough. for cough and bronchitis.
3）（大宝四肢脱毛香乳）不仅具有细腻的外观和芬芳的气味，更具备脱毛、滋润肌肤的
功效。

2.3 大量祈使句的英译
所有的“说明书都属the-d’s-and –don’ts style(‘注意事项’文体)”。（朱植德 ，
2003：58）广泛使用祈使句是中英文产品说明书的突出的句法特点。特别是在“使用方法”、< br>“注意事项”或“警告”部分，几乎句句皆是。在翻译方法上，一般采取直译法，仍然译成
英语的 祈使句。
1） 把2颗”aa”电池按照电池箱内所示的极性方向放入；
install two “aa” batteries observing the correct polarity as show in box;
2) 请保存在幼儿拿不到的地方。keep out of reach of away from
children.
3) 如果出现过敏现象，请停止使用。discontinue use if signs of irritation of rash
appear. 在“使用方法”或“注意事项”一栏里，何 以如此普遍地使用祈使句？这是因为文
本中所叙述的，所强调的是动作或事实本身，而不是由谁来完成某 动作或事情。此外，祈使
句还有一大优势：在其使用过程中让每一位消费者都觉得就像是专门为自己介绍 的，有种亲
切感，能拉近厂商与消费者之间的距离。
结 语
中文 产品说明书的品种种类繁多，但由于其作用和目的的基本一致性，在文体上均有许
多共同之处，因此，笔 者才得以总结出中文说明书的一些文体特点及其英译词句的一些基本
特征。希望这些总结能对广大的译者 提高中文产品说明书英译的速度和效率提供帮助。但要
使译文真正正确、规范、简练而又富有吸引力，还 需要译者在实践中广泛收集资料，注意积
累，认真查阅；而且还要根据具体的产品自身的特点，再三斟酌 ，灵活变通，方能实现通过
译文“对产品进行全面介绍与宣传”的目的。
