四级作文占总分710的15%， 也就是106.5分，在这部分你需要取得63.9分（及格），
答题时间为30分钟；
快速阅读占10%，满分71, 及格42.6，答题时间15分钟；
听力部分占35%，满分248.5，及格149.1 （11-35题），答题时间35分钟
篇章词汇理解+2篇传统阅读理解，满分177.5，及格106.5（36-66题），答题时间25分钟；
完型填空占10%，满分71，及格42.6 （67-86题），答题时间15分钟；
翻译占5%，满分35.5，及格21.3 （87-91题），答题时间15分钟。

设作文最低分后采用下列成绩计算方法：
1)作文分为 0 分者，总分即使高于 60 分，报道时一律作不及格处理；
2) 作文分大于 0 分小于 6 分者，按下列方式计算成绩；
最后报道分 = 原计算总分 - 6 ＋ 实得作文分
采用作文最低分有可能影响一部分 学校的通过率(主要是成绩中等的学校)，但有利于推
动大学英语教学质量的提高。


2. 写作标准
33分 --- 条理不清，思路紊乱，语言支离破碎或大部分句子均有错误，且多数为严重错误。
39分 --- 基本切题，表达思想不清楚，连贯性差，有较多严重语言错误。
45分 --- 基本切题，有些地方表达思想不够清楚，文字勉强连贯，语言错误相当多，其中
有一些是严重错误。
57分 --- 切题，表达思想清楚，文字连贯，但有少量语言错误。
67分 --- 切题，表达思想清楚，文字通顺，连贯性较好，基本上无语言错误，仅有个别小
错。

Recently, every morning when I wake up, I find my air-conditioner automatically turned off .
I didn't understand why at first , but soon I learned that there was a great shortage of electricity

electricity supply is soaring. Besides, summers in recent years are much hotter than before , so
