1、演讲顺序：比赛前抽签决定。

2、演讲时间：演讲时间不得超过5分钟，每超时10秒

3、演讲比赛评分：采取100分制。
二、评分标准
1、演讲内容
主题鲜明、中心突出，结构严谨、层次清晰，内容正确、
联系实际，选材典型、杜绝抄袭。
2、演讲有声语言(30分)
语音标准，声音洪亮，语速适当，语调仰扬顿挫，富有
变化。
3、演讲态势技能(20分)

三、评分办法
