如何招待外国客人
How to entertain your foreign guests?



A: Have you heard that our British guests are arriving at a weekend for a
two-day visit? We’d better look at our arrangement of activities for our
guests. First of all, what items do you think should be included?

B: Well, first we should take them for a tour around our company. We
should show them the best part of our company, particularly our quality
products and service.

A: Yes. But we should first give them a chance to see the video profile
of our company before showing them around and that would give them a
better idea of our way of operating our business.

B: Great. How considerate you are. What are we going to arrange for the
evening? Theatre, concert, or restaurant?

A: My suggestion is we should choose one of the distinctive restaurants
in the city where they can experience the hustle and bustle of our city.

B:But there is something else that I want to note here. I think the British
are generally rather reserved people. I am afraid they would prefer a quite
place for dinner.



A: A good idea. I agree with you. If there is no further question, let’s go
down to our preparation right now.

客户来参观工厂是很正常的事情, 无论是中间商还是工厂, 做好接待
工作也是比较关键的.
但由于风俗,习惯等各方面的不同, 会造成很多麻烦, 所以作个标准
流程还是必要的,俺先抛砖引玉:

1. 敲定客户访问时间, 航班, 访问人员名单,职位, 手机号码等
信息,以便安排相应接待.

2. 同客户商讨参观访问行程表, 同工厂(公司接待部门)沟通,
一切敲定之后, 发送邮件货传真让客户确认, 同时让工厂做好接待准
备.

3. 安排酒店: 和客户敲定酒店星级,房间(一人一间,还是share
room, 楼层,吸烟区和非吸烟区等等细节, 酒店挑选上要注意, 很多



酒店号称5星, 结果连3星的水平都没有,客户住一个晚上就受不了
吵着要换房. 一般比较保险是选择外资管理的酒店, 也可以参考携程
等网站的评价决定.) 然后就近安排(距离工厂近的地方或者距离机场
近的酒店), 安排妥当以后, 告知客户具体饭店地址电话.

4. 打印访问行程表, 准备工厂资料和产品资料, 客户所要求的
资料等文件, 装订.

5. 根据客户的国籍, 宗教信仰准备饮食和话题(多做功课, 以
免犯给穆斯林吃猪肉这样的低级错误).

6. 安排接机车辆(根据客户人数,行李多少确定安排车辆, 5座,7
座还是bus,

上次去北京, 碰到车牌单双号限制, 工厂的几辆小车都是单号, 结果
只好安排了一个19座的金龙bus接待两个客户, 晕),

制作接机牌, 客户到达当日,安排专人负责接机, 原则是宜早不宜晚,
省的一边客户在机场干等, 一边你在机场高速路上换轮胎. 车上可以
随便聊聊: 对方对中国的了解程度, 他们的禁忌等等,他们此次中国
行还有什么其他安排等, 刺探一些情报.



7. 一般是先接送至酒店后, 将访问时行程和工厂资料等文件
交给客户, 敲定第二天参观访问事项, 也有客户直接先去工厂参观,
务必提前让工厂准备.

8. 第二天准时至酒店接客户(不同国家的客户对时间的观念会
有不同, 我方一般提早10分钟在酒店大堂等候)

9. 接到工厂或者办公室之后, 根据行程表进行参观访问和会
谈, 安排专人记录会议内容,
(如果第一次接触, 应安排多媒体会议室, 双方可以用投影幻灯对各
自的企业进行介绍 ).

10. 访问结束后, 准备一份小礼品送给客户, 一般挑有中国特
色的, 比如茶叶, 工艺品等(最牛比是一次去东北, 工厂送客户人参,
看起来价值不菲).如果你是中间商, 最好自己准备礼品, 随机应变,
以免客户赠送礼品而工厂未准备礼品而找成尴尬.

11. 访问以后, 根据客户的意见, 适当安排娱乐购物等活动,
很多不发达国家的客户往往要求去购物, 特别是电子产品, 服装等,
且对价格比较敏感.
有些客户则希望去采购中国特色的商品, 如丝绸, 茶叶, 瓷器等等.
另外有客户想去酒吧等场所, 因此在接待之前务必做好功课, 了解附



近的餐馆, 酒吧, 购物,娱乐场所等.
有些客户比较随意, 可以安排一些中国特色的活动, 比如喝茶, 看戏,
参观景点等等.


12. 送客户, 一般送到机场. 有些客户不喜欢麻烦人, 自己搞
定, 这样送至酒店即可. 在飞机起飞前,应给客户打电话道别.

13. 收尾: 这个工作务必做好.客户走后, 及时发邮件给客户,
一是问候, 二是将本次访问双方达成的共识, 或者会议记录, 备忘录
发给客户, 敦促这个项目的执行.




几个小点:
1. 着装: 接机和会议时一般用正装, 带客户娱乐购物时便装.
2. 参观: 严格按照工厂的参观制度, 特别是一些医药生产企业, 涉
及到安全,卫生, 不让进去的地方就是不能进去, 不然随随便便, 人家
会对工厂的管理等产生疑问.
3. 饮食, 一般来说, 不用太隆重, 接待穆斯林, 最好是鱼, 虽然他们
也吃牛羊肉, 但是对加工的方法很讲究. 如果时间紧, 一般麦当劳的



鱼香汉堡解决, 时间充裕, 就可以推荐一些中国菜, 海鲜什么的.印度
人不吃牛肉. 西方人最保险是西餐, 大酒店自助餐一般不错. 韩国日
本就比较好弄了.
