碳、绿色的生活。大家都知道，随着世界工业经济的发展，二氧化
碳排放量 越来越大，地球臭氧层正遭受前所未有的危机，气候面临
越来越严重的问题，全球灾难性气候变化屡屡出 现，已经严重危害
到人类的生存环境和健康安全，在严峻的环境形式面前，当务之急
是将潜在的 生活隐患消于萌芽阶段，让我们的生活不受环境污染的
侵害。

更高的生活质量，更 好的生活环境，是我们环保工作者不变的追求，
也是我们愿意为之付出一切努力的伟大目标。

随着越来越多的人意识到环保的重要性，世界各国政府纷纷出台了
环境保护的措施，我们的生 活环境也发生了巨大变化，呼吸的不再
是浑浊的空气，仰望的不再是灰蒙蒙的天空，行走的不再是尘土飞
扬的小路，如今打开门便迎面扑来青草的清新，湛蓝的天空拖着几
多白云，回应着汩汩流淌的小 溪，生活仿佛从灰暗中挣脱，回复往
昔的悠游自在。希望今天选出来的环保大使们能更进一步的扩大环< br>保的影响力，使我们生活的城市更加美丽、清洁。

最后,恭喜今天所有的准大师们都 发挥出了自己的应有水平，大放光
彩，衷心祝贺此次活动圆满成功。

it’s an honor to be invited to speak here.

environmental protection is not only a timeless but also
commonplace subject. different man has his own
understanding and action on environmental protection at
different times and regions . in my hometown, people also
talked about environmental protection frequently.

today ,i ‘m very honored for the first time to participate in the
global event on environmental in a foreign country.

i don’t think the environmental protection is only a slogan to
be talked but a matter of fact that should be practiced in daily
life. chongqing vocational college of media, the promotional
host of this competition, sets a good example from the
concept to actions by itself. here, i also hope i can learn from
the stuff of the college, from their own small action from his
daily life, to practice the concept of environmental protection
from each piece of trifles in daily use, and to live a life of
energy saving, low carbon, and full of green. it’s known to all,
with the industrial economic development, carbon emission is
a more and more serious problem. the earth is suffering from
the crisis of unprecedented layer which bring out the climate
problems. more importantly, these kinds of problems begin to
make some significant influences on the living condition and
health of human beings. in front of the severe environmental
problems, we would better prevent pollution before its
happening than curb it after pollution.

a better quality of life, a better living condition is what we
fighting for. our environmental protectors will do everything
we could to pursue this goal.

with more and more people realized the importance of
environmental protection; governments around the world have
established environmental protection measures; our living
condition has also undergone a great change. the air we
breathing is no longer turbid; the sky we looking at is not gray
any more; the road we walking on is no longer a dust-floated
one. today, when we open the door, there are fresh grass, blue
sky and white clouds. the river is also getting cleaner. our life
eventually back to a healthy and comfortable from the
darkness of pollutions. i hope that the winners of today’s
competition can expand the influence of environmental
protection by themselves. thus, cities we lived in can be more
beautiful and cleaner.

2012第二届国际 环保形象大使选拔赛是国际环保形象大使委员会响
应联合国环境规划署的号召，同环保部中国环境文化促 进会、国际
华文媒体联合会、中国生态文化旅游协会、中华环境保护促进会、
中华环保网络电视 台等单位主办，中华社会文化发展基金会、中国
国际文化产业促进会等单位协办的以“环保、美丽、健康 、博爱”为
主题的国际高端赛事，是一项全球宣传环保公益活动。

此次活动今年在 重庆第一次设立赛区，是基于重庆过去几年在环保、
创模等方面所取得的显著成绩，为了扩大环保宣传的 力度和提升重
庆的城市品质，此次活动得到了社会各界的广泛支持。参赛单位有：
重庆师范大学 、重庆第二师范学院、重庆师范大学涉外商贸学院、
重庆商务职业学院、重庆青年职业技术学院、重庆 财经职业学院、
重庆教育管理学校等众多高校。同时，此次活动也得到了平面媒体、
网络媒体的 极大关注。如：人民日报、新华社、网易、搜狐、新浪、
中央人民广播电台、中国网新闻中心等诸多媒体 也对本次活动给予

活动于2012年 11月 3日在 重庆传媒职业学院隆重启动，从海选到
复赛(11月24日)直至今天的决赛，所有传媒人都行动起来， 开展了

论、摄影等特色活动， 既丰富了学生们的校园生活，又极大的提高
了学生的环保意识，从自己做起，从身边的小事做起，为环保 大业
献计献策。

此次比赛同此前一般意义上的各类活动有明显的差异。主要表现在：
首先是参赛对象上，凡是热爱环保支持环保的人都可以参与进来，
男女皆可；其次是参赛内容上 ，此次比赛的流程是先通过环保征文
和环保理念的初选之后，寻找志同道合的代言人参与比赛，同时在< br>整个比赛过程中还会进行随机即兴的环保知识问答，这就要求选手
必须具备相应的环保基本素质。

海选从十几个高校里面筛选出了27名优秀的选手晋级复赛，通过激
烈的角逐，1 1名选手脱颖而出，他们就是今天参加决赛的各位准大
使们。在此也预祝他们能取得良好的成绩。另一方 面，我们的环保
征文活动正如火如荼的进行。迄今为止，作为承办方的传媒学院已
有1000余 篇环保稿件，同时，其他参赛单位也不甘落后，仅是环保

征文一项，参与人次就突破了2 000。正是因为比赛内容的双向运行，
所以此次比赛的奖项设置也异于往常。在今天的比赛中，除了冠 、

1．根据听众对象，注意演讲的总体措词

演讲的总体措词是严肃一些还是活泼 一些，是有较明显的说教口气
还是用平等的口吻，等等，都要根据听众对象而定。如果场下听众
是同龄的学生，那么演讲的内容只要风趣一些往往就能引起共鸣。
但另一方面，如果听众大多是上了年纪 的教师，太多的笑料反而会
被认为“不严肃”，“不尊重”，而引起反感。

用英语演讲，不要用太多 i feel, i think，老是用i，显得十分主观，
狭隘。如果通篇全是 i feel, i think 的内容，会给人觉得缺乏说服力。
另外，perhaps, maybe 这样的词语，虽然有“客气，谦虚”的成分，
但太多会让人觉得你演讲的内容有不可靠之处。

还有，在演讲中，要少用you，多用we。用you等于把自己与听
众对立起来，而用w e则拉近了与听众的距离。比如：you should
not smoke．听上去像教训人，而 lets not smoke听起来是一个不
错的建议。

2．演讲要越短越好

英语演讲应该简洁扼要，直截了当。除非特别需要，一般不要采用< br>中文中的那种迂回曲折的表达形式。据有关专家统计，一般人的注
意力一次只能集中约13分钟。 所以，演讲长度以10～15分钟为宜。
下面是美国总统林肯所作的著名的盖茨堡演说，虽然全文只有短 短
200多个词，却带有振奋人心、扭转乾坤般的力量。其中 of the
people, by the people, for the people(民有，民治，民享)已成为
不朽佳句 。对于中学生来说，这篇演讲现在读起来一定会觉得很难，
但要写好英语演讲，这确实是值得认真研读的 经典之作。

3．英语演讲稿的基本组成部分

从大的方面看，英语演讲词实际上是属于一种特殊的说明文或议论
文，其基本组成部分是：

1)开始时对听众的称呼语

最常用的是 ladies and gentlemen，也可根据不同情况，选用
fellow students, distinguished guests, mr chairman, honorable
judges(评委)等等。

2)提出论题

由于演讲的 时间限制，必须开门见山，提出论题。提出论题的方法
有各种各样，但最生动，最能引起注意的是用举例 法。比如：你要
呼吁大家关心贫穷地区的孩子，你可以用亲眼看到的或者收集到的
那些贫穷孩子 多么需要帮助的实例开始。另外，用具体的统计数据
也是一个有效的引出论题的方法，比如：你要谈遵守 交通规则的话
题，你可以从举一系列有关车辆、车祸等的数据开始。

3)论证

对提出的论题，不可主观地妄下结论，而要进行客观的论证。这 是
演讲中最需要下功夫的部分。关键是要把道理讲清楚。常见的论证
方法有举例法、因果法、对 比法等等，可参见英语议论文的有关章
节。

4)结论

结论要简明扼要，以给听众留下深刻印象。

5)结尾

结尾要简洁 ，不要拉拉扯扯，说个没完。特别是不要受汉语影响，
说些类似“准备不足，请谅解”，“请批评指正” 这样的废话。最普通
的结尾就是：thank you very much for your attention。

4．英语演讲稿的语言特征

1)多用实词，多用短句，少用结构复杂的长句

在英语演讲中，and, but, so, then 等虚词要尽量少用，that,
which 等词引导的定语从句也只会使句子结 构变得复杂，而使听众
难以跟上演讲者的思路，从而影响演讲的效果。相反，多使用实词，
短句 ，可使得演讲内容更清晰，气势更磅礴。

2)演讲要注意使用各种修辞手法，增加演讲的 感染力和气势。英语
演讲中常用的修辞手法有：渐进(climax)、对照(antithesis) 、排比
(parallelism)、警句(epigram)等等，例如：

that government of the people, by the people, for the people
shall not perish from the earth．(排比) 这个民有、民治、民享的
国家将不会从地球上消失。

united, there is little we can not do; divided, there is little we
can do．(对照)

团结，我们便将无所不能；分裂，我们则会一事无成。

let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we
shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship,
support any friend, oppose any foe to assure the survival and
the success of liberty． (对照和渐进)

一、 引言

纵观近年来的高考英语书面表达题，有关发言稿的考查在2004—
2009年部分省市的高考书面表达题都出现过，例如：09年安徽 天
津、08年江苏 陕西、07年江苏 江西 06年福建 、05年安徽、04年
天津等地的书面表达题，都是以发言稿的 命题形式出现的。由此可

二. 发言稿的写作技巧与方法指导

发言稿是生活中一种常见的应用文体，是参加会议的人为了在会议

备好的文稿。英文开幕词、闭幕词、欢迎词、欢送词、告别词和演
讲稿是正式社交场合最常见的发言稿。 （1） 格式

发言稿一般由称呼语、正文和结束语三部分组成。 发言稿的开头和
结尾一般有固定的格式。 例如：（见屏幕） dear friends，

发言稿正文常分为三部分：

（1） 第一部分：开门见山地提出本人要谈的问题及对问题的看法

明理由。常用到的连接成分有：first of all,secondly,finally等

总结，也可以谈自

因为高考试题在命题形式上侧重于考查发言稿正文的写法。所以写
正文时要注意以下三点：

（1） 观点要鲜明。对问题持有什看法，要明确表态，不要含糊其
辞。要中心明确，

重点突出，但不必面面俱到。

（2） 条理要清晰。一篇发言稿要谈几方面的问题，每一方面有那
些要点要进行阐述，

都要安排得有条有理，让人听起来容易抓住重点。 （3） 适当增加
关联词和细节。发言稿开头于结尾已经给出。那么在命题形式上侧
重

于考查发言稿正文的写法，所以我们在根据要点组织正文内容时，
可以适当增加关联词和细节 ，以使短文连贯、完整。

（4） 语言要简洁明快，发言时因为要直接面对听众，所以发言稿
的特定形式决定了

其语 言的口语性强，因此应少用复杂句，多用简单句。话说的要准
确、易懂，最好运用大众语言。所以我们在 组织句子时要注意“三多
一少”即简单句式多，祈使句多、情态动词多，修饰性词语少。但文
中 的句型也要善于变化，不要过于单一。 三、 现场演练
