婴幼儿配方奶粉中8种常微量元素分析方法

摘要:采用湿法消 解(电热板消解法)、干式消解法(灰发化)和微波消解法对婴幼儿乳
粉样品进行前处理,建立电感耦合 等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP- OES)同时测定待测样品中8种
常微量元素的方法。结果表明,采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子发射光 谱仪测定婴幼儿乳粉样
品中8种常微量元素的方法各元素的平均含量较高,相对标准偏差(RSD)最小 ,且小于
2.05%。该方法对质控样品中各元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于2%,回收率在84 .6%~
103.5%。

Study on the Methods of 8 Kinds of Macroelement and Microelement
in Infant Milk Powder

Abstract:In this paper,wet digestion(electrothermal plate digestion),drying(graying)
and microwave digestion were used to preprocess infant milk powder samples. 8 elements of
macroelement and microelement in the samples under test was established by inductively coupled
plasma atomicemission spectroscopy. The results indicated that the average content of 8 kinds of
elements in infant milk powder was the highest by microwave digestion. And the relative standard
deviation(RSD)of this method is the smallest. The results were less than 2.05%. The relative
standard deviation(RSD)of all elements in the quality control samples by microwave digestion was
less than 2%,and the recovery rate was 84.6%~103.5%.
