许可。引申则可表示“授权”。 在英式英语中，license偶尔也可写作licence。

The doctor is licensed to practise medicine.那位医生被许可行医。

His license was suspended for six months. 他的执照被吊销6个月。

cap--------“帽子”,多指无边有舌的“便帽”,也 指制服帽，表示地位、职业、所属俱乐部
或球队等的帽子或是任何一种紧盖住头部的帽子,是可数名词。 用于比喻义,可指“保
护盖〔套〕”。

主题明确。 一个电子邮件，大都只有一个主题，并且往往需要在前注明，收件人见到它便
对整 个电子邮件一目了然了。
语言流畅。 电子邮件要避免写生僻字、异体字以保持语言流畅。引用数据、资料时，则最
好标明 出处，以便收件人核对。
内容简洁。 网上的时间极为宝贵，所以电子邮件的内容应当简明扼要，愈短愈好。

例：根据以下内容写封电子邮件：

亲爱的先生：
我们今早接到贵方111号订单，定购离合器，十分感谢。但可能要使贵方失望了，十分抱歉。 目前我们没有贵方所需型号的离合器，而且至少在5个星期内亦不会有货。在此期间贵方可
从别处购 买离合器，如未能购到，一旦新货运到，我们定当立即通知贵方。
Subject: Out of Stock
Dear Sir,
We thank you for your Order No.111 received this morning for clutches, but regret to have to
disappoint you.
At present we have no stock of clutches in the type required and do not expect further deliveries
for at least another five weeks. Before then you may have been to obtain the clutches elsewhere,
