Good morning. This is XXX with ABC Company/Department, calling from
Beijing/Shanghai. Can I speak to XXX?
Hello. It’s XXX from ABC Company. Is XXX here?
2.打电话必备第二句:说明来电原因

I’m calling in regards to the order XXX made 3 days ago.
