辩论——出国学习优点
开阔视野 ，提升世界观The culture and custom are different in foreign countries .
going aboard will expend our horizon. Help us to experience multiculture . On the
base of differences between easten and westen , we may enhance our world views ,
and have a more comprehensive view of the human nature and society.
You eyes are opened to the world . we often grow up thinking that our ways of
doing things is the only way .But living a new culture helps us realize the new way of
doing things , and also help us that even though we are different , we are all
human .And in many cases , not only will you get to know the native of the country
you are visiting , you may get to know classmates from all over the world.
全面人才Many American university not only focus on learning ,but also require
students to take part in all kinds of activities .These activities can enhance students’
team spirit, leadership, social communication and help them to keep healthy. And
the foreign universities pay more attention to the letter.
提高英语You are surrounding by English .Yes you need to pay attention to do some
study ,but everything comes faster when you do because English is everywhere. if we
live in a English spoken country , our English will be improved quickly.
独立思考It also can improve our independent thinking ability.
锻炼独立study in a foreign country , you will probably miss your family ,but it is a
good chance for you to get the skill to adjust to a new way of living. Many
international students go home prond that they have become very self sufficient.
坦面成败going aboard can train us to be calm when we face the success or failure.
含金量，就业前景A lot of foreign universities are higher in gold content than
domestic’s, There always be broad in employment outlook if we have a foreign
degree.
专业广泛，技术先进，机会多The professionals that offered by foreign universities
are very extensive. We can get more advanced technology. One hundred year ago ,
why the dynasty Qing stick to sent the children study aboard in spite of the tense of
the finance?
生物医学such as biomedical engineering (this is my professional) the technology
aboard is very advanced, but our country in this aspect is still in the initial stage .
My fellow debater ,if we remain study at home ,how can we develop our biomedical
engineering?
时间长短In our country , we will study in bachelor for 4 years , and in master is 3
years. But in Australia ,Britain ,New Zealand , Singapore and other countries, they
just have 3 years for bachelor degree , and 1 year for master degree. It is greatly
reduce the study cost, and ,most important ,we can start our career 3 years earlier
then others.
国际型人才
你认为我们是否需要国际型人才?Should we have international talents ,I want
your answer?
你难道不认为出国留学是培养国际型人才的绝好方法吗？don’t you think study
aboard is a good way to cultivate talents?

friendship among different countries .)
中国为什么直到现在，面对国外的种种反倾销诉讼时，还在捉襟见肘呢？If you
are right .please expain why till now ,China is still in the soup when facing with the
anti-dumping[ ] change?

互联网the internet is a virtual world . we need a real platform .and the most
important information won’t be issued on the internet.. we should communicate with
the scientist face to face.

人才流失the outflow of the talent
Does the overseas study has the certain connection with the outflow of the talent? If
there is an eye-geeky student ,will he contributes to our sociaty when he is in China?
If we don’t get the higher technology from foreign countries, how can we catch up
with the developd countries?

在国外不好好学It is a personalty problem. If you can’t study hard aboard. You
won’t study hard at home.
更适应国内情况 Isn’t it enough for us to have stay 20 years in China ? Shouldn’t we
go out to get a new view? It just show they didn’t have an eye on the world.
钱 Thank you for confirming the positive affect of overseas study . is that
means ,going aboard is good for us, but is just limited by substance conditions? If it
is ,I’ll tell you , now we have scholarship and the grand-in-aid . It is not a question
any more.
Now we are discussing the advantages and disadvantages of study aboard. But not
whether can we go aboard. My fellow debater, please under stand this topic correctly.
高投入高回报If we work hard , the more we input , the more output we can get.

种族歧视My fellow debaters ,racial discrimination is not a question. Will you give
up eating for fear of choking? No! You won’t! You will go on your 3 meals every day.
The Racial discrimination is also a problem of probability as this. All the accidents
exist. No one will give up the opportunity to go aboard for further education for fear
of the racial discrimination. If there is , the Chinese nation will dispise him. In order
not to be choked, we will eat carefully . in order not to be choked, discriminated , we
should deeply understand their culture tradition.
