一、教学目标：
1. 语言知识目标：
1) 能掌握以下单词： meeting, video, organize,
2）能掌握以下句型：
① ─I think I’ll go to the party with Karen and Anna.
─If you go to the party, you’ll have a great time!
② ─What will happen if they have the party today?
─Half the class won’t come.
3) 能了解以下语法：
掌握含if条件状语从句的主从复合句的用法。
4) 能用if 引导的条件状语从句作出假设，用will谈论结果。
2. 情感态度价值观目标：
学 习因果关系的表达和做出合理的建议。谈论自己的感受，同时使学生在英
语交流中注意并观察他人的情感 。由于本单元话题贴近学生生活，符合他们热爱
休闲的心理，可以提高他们学习英语的兴趣，积极参与英 语实践活动。

1. 教学重点、难点：
（1）重点句型：—I think I’m going to go to the party with Karen and Ann.
—If you do, you’ll have a great time.
（2）正确使用if 引导的条件状语从句
三、教学过程
Step1. Warming-up
1. Introduce myself.
2. Listen to a happy song.

Let’s talk. Show some pictures , let students use the structure to make new sentences.
Ask some students show it.
T: If you are happy, what will you do?
T: If I am happy, I will sing and dance.
T: If you am happy, I will go shopping. If you are happy, what will you do?
S: If you are happy I will play basketball.
S: If I am happy, I will ....
Step3. Presentation
1．Show some pictures to present structure..
Eg : T: What will happen if I have a party?
S: I think I will go to the party.
T: If you do, you’ll have a great time.
2. Practice these questions with class.
Talk about party.

Question 2: What will wear if you go to the party?
Question 3: How will you go to the party if you go to there?
Step4. Listening
1. Finish 1a: Match the statements with the pictures and check it together.
2. Listen to the tape finish check it.
Step5. Pair work
1. Let Ss read the model with a partner in 1c.
2. Look at the pictures above. Use the information in 1b. Ask and answer with a
partner. Make new conversations.
3. Let some pairs show their conversations.
Step6. Discussion
1. Discuss with students: If you organize the party, what will you do?
2. Read these vocabularies.
