一、专业人才需求调查与岗位分析
电子技术应用专业是为企事 业单位培养各类电子设备的使用和维
护，电子设备制造、装配、调试和质量管理的应用型人才。在珠三角 ，
在广东省，电子类产品，具有电子控制功能的家电产品的生产厂家众
多，给应用电子技术专业 的毕业生提供了大量就业的机会。
（一）调查的方式
1．2009年6 月20日至7月6 日，我到与我校电子电器专业就业的
深圳奇宏电子公司、昆山仁宝电子等相关电子企业（公司）参观学习 。
在参观学习的过程中，我对各企业的生产现状、技术水平、用工需求
信息、电子生产流程进行 了充分的调研。与企业（公司）的人力资源
管理、技术管理、生产管理人员座谈、交流。
2． 报刊和网上调查：对发型量大的报纸，如三湘都市报、湖南日报、
羊城晚报、邵阳日报等报纸，及网易、 百度、求职网等所载信息进行
了查阅和统计汇总。
（二）调查的对象
这次调研主要 是针对湖南省内以及珠江三角洲地区的家电产品、
信息产品生产企业(公司)，网络及报纸。既涉及大中 型企业，也有小
型企业。既有国有企业、股份公司，也有民营企业。这些企业是：深
圳奇宏电子 公司、昆山仁宝电子、广州中盛电气有限公司、广东格兰
士集团有限公司等。

（三）调查结论
1．珠三角电子行业良好的发展局面
中国已成为世界投资创业 的首选地区，世界电子行业的制造巨头，
如索尼、三星、松下、七喜就落户在广东，在广东省每年的企业 用工
招聘会上，都看到了这些公司对应用电子类专业的毕业生的需求。
2．珠三角的大型家电企业对应用电子类毕业生有大量需求
单从广东格兰士集团有限公司和美 的电器股份有限公司这二家公
司，就需要大量的从事智能化家电产品的安装、检测的技术人员，他
们的人力资源经理都表示毕业生有多少要多少。
3．信息类产品的销售、国外专门电子类产品的销售需要电子信息专
业的毕业生
在 调查中发现，在专业的电子信息类商场，需要大量的熟悉信息
类、复杂的具有特定功能的电子产品，如汽 车卫星定位系统、电子地
图、惠普彩色胶印机、惠普成套摄影器材等的销售，但这些产品的销
售 还包含调试、安装和技术培训等内容，显然，没有一定的专业技术
知识是不可能胜任的。
4．大量的移动通信基站的建设、维护需要电子信息专业的毕业生
移动通信基站要完成信息的 传输、交换，有UPS和蓄电池需要维
护，这些地方十分适合熟悉一定的移动通信原理的毕业生就业。
5．企业对人才规格的要求
我在调查中还发现，企业对人才规格的要求主要集中在以下几个
方面：

③具备一定的实践操作能力，并能吃苦耐劳；
④具有一定的组织管理能力，有企业明确表示， 这些毕业生有培养成
为第一线的管理人才的需求。
二、结合我校实际情况，对电子专业的几点思考
1．职业教育是有发展前途的，我校电子专业大有发展机会
电子信息产业是我国国民经济的 支柱产业，特别是加入WTO以后，
我国的国民经济与国际全面接轨，电子产业的发展势头更为强劲。从
九十年代末，国内的电子企业积极发展，我国的电子工业总产值平均
每年的增长率越过了30% 。产业的发展必然带来对人才需求的增长，
技术的进步必然要求人员素质的提高，特别是对大量专业技术 人才的
渴求更加迫切，一部分是具有高学历的开发、研究、创造人才的要求，
大部分都是要求具 有较熟练操作技能的中等职业技术人员，这部分人
才正是我们职业学校的毕业生，他们从事产品的装配、 调试，维修及
生产一系列管理等具体工作。从调查近几年毕业生的就业行情来看，
电子类的学生 就业率一直处在前列，这说明电子类专业的发展前景是
非常看好的。
2．课程改革势在必行
课程改革是职业教育教学改革的重点，是进一步加强专业建设的
核心，是保证职业教育技能型 人才培养特色的关键。它包括：

发展的需要，因此我们首先应以 就业为导向，以能力为本位，以职业
实践活动为主线，对课程设置进行改革，构建与生产实际紧密结合、
具有鲜明职业教育特色的课程体系和教学机制。
②教材更新。我们要抛弃以往重视系统学科性 专业知识讲解的旧教
材，选用将专业知识和职业操作能力进行整合，突出专业知识和职业
技能的 综合应用，突出生产和职业活动的实际需要，突出新知识、新
技术运用的教材——项目课程的教材。它将 各个工作任务作为核心形
成的项目，从简单到复杂，从单一到综合，倡导项目教学，可将企业
典 型真实的课题直接作为教材内容，提倡校本教材的编写和使用。
③教学手段的变革。项目课程教材内容 就象完成工作任务（项目）的
任务书，学生在实施项目的过程中所需要的更多知识，可以在教师的
指导下，自主地通过多种途径获得，包括看参考书、网上查阅或由教
师适当讲解，但不必由教师包办或 系统讲授。项目课程的教材必须是
动态的，应不断修改，及时将职业活动中体现新知识、新技术、新工< br>艺、新方法运用的工作任务引入到教学中。
3．对“双师型”教师的培养势在必行。
我校电子专业“双师型”教师严重短缺，不能适应专业学生能力
培养的需要和专业发展的需要。“双师型 ”教师短缺的主要原因，一
是老师们的教学任务比较重，出去学习和培训的机会太少；二是很多
老师注重专业理论的学习，对专业技能重视不够，虽工作多年，但专
业技能提高不大。培养“双师型”教 师，可从以下几点入手：

勤于学习、锐意创新， 提升自我，努力成为“双师型”教师。加强教
师教学成果评选、技能证书奖励工作，大力表彰优秀教师。
（2）教学实践 推行青年教师培训计划，建立青年教师“拜师结对”
制度。认真加强教学实 践环节的培养，在实践中学习教育教学的经验。
（3）社会实践 学校要有目的、有计划地选派专业 教师到企业参观
学习，挂职锻炼。一是了解企业的新工艺、新设备、新技术，增加感
性知识；二 是熟悉企业的生产环节和操作工艺，了解最新的技术信息，
提高实践操作能力；三是下厂的教师担任一定 的职务，在实践中学习
各种先进的技术和管理经验，了解社会的需求、企业的动态，为培养
企业 急需的人才奠定基础。校企挂钩是拓宽教师知识面、提高实际技
能，加快”双师型”教师队伍建设的有效 途径。
（4）学历进修。在科技发展一日千里的时代，如果不注意“充电”，
再优秀的教师 也终究会因为知识、意识等的陈旧而落后。这就要求教
师必须树立终身学习的观点，不断地学习。要求教 师必须达到规定学
历者，并鼓励攻读硕士学位。
（5）技能培训与考核。根据实际情况制订了 多项优惠政策和奖励措
施，鼓励电子专业教师参加专业技能培训和考核。
4．推行名师工程，提高专业教师的教学能力
大力倡导“校以师而名，师因校而名；师因生而 名，生因师而成
长”的思想，聚集名师，打造名校，不断提升学校的教育品位和办学
档次。把思 想素养好，学识修养高，有能力、有才干、有独特教育思

5．加大对实验实习设备的投入
实验室是实践教学的基本阵地 ，是保证实践教学质量的首要环节，
是实现理论教学与实践教学的有机结合点，加强实验室建设，是保证
教学质量、培养高质量、高水平人才的重要物质基础。因此我们要建
设科学、合理、满足教学实 验需要的实验室；加大实验室投入力度，
合理配置教育资源，科学设置实验室，提高实验室及设备的利用 率。
6．切实搞好毕业生的就业指导工作。
要按照诚实、扎实、朴实、创新、活力、尊重十 二字方针对毕业
生进行就业指导教育十分重要，尤其在吃苦耐劳、忠诚企业、讲究诚
信、服从管 理等方面要加强培养和教育，培养毕业生良好的道德和品
行。同时，要教育毕业生克服保守思想，勇敢地 走出去，到外省尤其
是到南方各工业区工作。
7．建议学校组织相关专业教师，分期分批到长 三角各大工业园区有
针对性地参观考察、学习，广开思路，增强学校今后发展的后劲。
