中国关于消防安全法律法规重点要求

Use of Fire Hydrants
PRC Fire Service Law article 21
Any business units or individuals shall not conceal or monopolize any fire hydrants.
中华人民共和国消防法第二十一条
任何单位、个人不得损坏或者擅自挪用、拆除、停用消防设 施、器材，不得埋压、圈占消火栓，
不得占用防火间距，不得堵塞消防通道。

Installation of Fire Extinguishers (灭火器配置)
Code for Design of Extinguisher Distribution in Buildings (GB 50140-2005), article 6.1.1 and
6.1.2
There must be not less than two fire extinguishers installed in a calculation unit. It should not be
more than five fire extinguishers for each location point for installing fire extinguishers.

一个计算单元内配置的灭火器数量不得少于2具。每个设置点的灭火器数量不宜多于5具。

Fire extinguisher shall be installed in the distinct and easily accessed location, and shall not hinder the
safety evacuation.

灭火器应设置在位置明显和便于取用的地点,且不得影响安全疏散。

Portable fire extinguishers shall be installed in a way that the height from the top of the extinguisher
to the floor should be less than 1.50m, and the height from the bottom of the extinguisher to the floor
should not less than 0.08m. The box for containing fire extinguisher
should not be locked.

建筑灭火器配置设计规范(GB 50140-2005)第5.1.3条
灭火器的摆放应稳固，其铭牌应朝外。手提式灭火器宜设置在灭火器箱内或挂钩、托架上，
其顶 部离地面高度不应大于1.50m；底部离地面高度不宜小于0.08m。灭火器箱不得上锁。
