在公司实习了3个月，老板让我们写600字的英文实习
感想。。我就晕了，汉语的还行，英文
我实在头疼。

带着日夜的梦想，背负家人的重托，结束几年 的大学生
活，我满怀喜悦的心情，迈入纬创资通有限公司的大门，来

值。
步入纬创，给我的第一印象就像回到了自己的家。纬 创
人的热情达理，让我这远在千里之外的大西北农村孩子倍感
亲切。各个部门的人对我们这些实 习生都很照顾，只要有困
难，有问题，不管是谁都会给我指导帮助，在这里始终可以
感觉到和谐 的人际关系所带来的温暖和关爱。打消了我来此
前的种种担心和顾虑。
通过学习公司的各 种工作制度，觉得纬创公司的管理条
例很细，也很严，但我又感觉到那是一种很有人情味和灵活
的管理方式，因为管理者们是以人为本，处处为员工着想的，
所以，在纬创工作既能使自己的能力得到发 挥，意志得到锻
炼，又能让爱得到延续和传递。
来到纬创，看到的是一张张友善可亲的脸 孔，虽然我的
指导老师和我的直接交流不太多，但是看见他整天在公司忙
碌的身影，我就知道他 是一个非常爱岗敬业的人，其实我在
纬创看到的每一个人又何尝不是敬业的呢?他们加班工作以
成为习惯，大家每天忙得不亦乐乎，虽然有点辛苦，可我们
干得心情舒畅，很快我就融入纬创这个大家庭 之中了，在这
里我找到了工作的乐趣。
每当万家灯火的时候，看着还亮着灯的公司，看着 电脑
桌前忙碌的身影，我就会想起“用心成就满意，杰出源自竭
诚”这句话，我想更多的人都会 体会到这句话的含义吧!现
在，每当我走进纬创，每当我和家人朋友谈起纬创的时候，
我都会为 自己是纬创的一员而感到自豪。记不清在那里看到
这样一段话，当一个企业的企业文化能够在每位员工身 上解
读到时，这个企业就是一个优秀的企业。不错，在纬创我更
深刻的理解了这句话的含义。
因为有了这些感想，在纬创实习的每一天我都有一种紧
迫感，从一名未出社会的大学生最终 成长为一名纬创员工，
我不仅要学习专研技术，更重要的是学习一种敬业精神，努
力做到高效， 自律，求实，创新。把自己融入到一个大团队
中去，增强自己的企业荣誉感，因为一个企业的成功就是每
个员工的成功，每个员工的成功，就是千千万万个家庭的幸
