为啥到香港，为啥到浸会：
Hong kong is an international metropolis , It is a right spot for me to know the
world well. And I admire to have the chance to enjoy the great teaching facilities
and to make progress. Hong kong Baptist University is one of the top
universities worldwide .Many distinguished scholars are from your university.
You have the advanced teaching facilities and reference resources. In addition，
graduates from Hong Kong Baptist university are bound to have more chances
to find rewarding jobs.
Information acquisition and processing . electronic equipment and information
system design, application, integrating.

I graduated from university in this summer, My subject is electron and
information engineering,
I'm interested in information technology and spent lots of time in library , so
despite the top scholarship , I also got the certificate CCNA in 2011,I passed it
merely by reading question bank, I realized I really need a job to practice, so, I
found a internship at a security centre from April to June, there ,my job was to
use the theory in CCNA to check wether the protocols between Network
equipments are safe enough.



我有没有看过课程表？最喜欢什么课程？为什么？
I had seen the programme before, first of all ,I like computer related courses such
as Internet and web technology, on top of that, I am also interested in
management related courses, because in university my subject is electronic and
information engineering , I guess management related course must be useful to
my future career.
本科最喜欢的课程，和最讨厌(hate)的课程
I like subject related to information and don't like subject such as mao thought
deng theory.
未来的打算，有没有打算读博士
After my graduation, I want to find a job in my hometown . if it is possible ,I
prefer to work in china mobile or china Unicom .
将来想做technology side or management side?
Well, In my opinon, I need to work on technology side for several years, after I get
enough experience, I will do management.
觉得自己的英语水平怎么样？比如说写作水平．
I should say intermediate ,I ‘m studying English now, I know that I need to work
hard in order to understand what the teacher said in the class, and I keep
communicating with foreigners everyday.



最喜欢的英文书
Recently ,I ‘m reading the book: the secret, which is written by Rhonda byrne. It
teachs me the the fact that the way you think can change your life. If you think in
a positive way, good things will come ,but if you become negative , things will
turn bad.
你为什么选择ITM？不拉不拉一阵子，连说带解释3分钟
Well, on one hand, because my subject in university was electron and
information engineering, it is related to information, on the other hand, after
a short work experience, I realize that have passion on aquring knowledge
in management ,so choose this subject . information technology
management.
关于C语言
I did learn c plus plus language 3 years ago ,and passed the C++ national
computer rank examination Certificate . but I should say I can understand
only a superficial knowledge of this subject.

介绍学校：I graduated from College of Information and Business in North
University of China, It is a independent college of North University of
China ,but we share the hardware and software together , such as
classrooms ,library and labs ,and all of my teachers are from department of
information and communication engineering. As the school was originally a
military university,especially in information technology. And that's why I
chose the subject ,information technology management in your school.
毕业设计：
My graduation project was about the research on clustering algorithm in AD
Hoc network. Ad Hoc network is dynamic due to the mobility of nodes, such
as mobile phone, iPAD ,and laptop or sth like that. According to the
references ,Clustering algorithm need to find cluster head first, and
then ,based on rules to find the cluster head's neighbor, in order to keep
stable of the network ,we prefer to find the stable nodes . So I choose
weighted clustering algorithm to identify a cluster. This is a algorithm to
metric[E],and the
consider four weighing factors: moblity, degree, power and A．
smallest one is cluster head node. And find limited neighbors to be the neighbor
nodes of the head , neighbors and head make up a cluster .different clusters
transfer messages by head cluster. And the neighbors only need to send
messages to the head. This is a good way to save energy.

实习：1、internship in Beijing, it was more like a seires of training classes,
they showed us their work palces and their machines, they tought us to use
knowledge into practice ,for example, we linked two computers to a switch , after
setting in the computer ,computer A can visit computer B. it' very interesting


2、 in terms of my internship at the security centre, I worked as an assistant,
I needed to check if the real network is same with the topology ,and their
management in network ,such as how to log in the network equipments ,wether
the protocols between the equipments are safe enough. I did all this things
according to the rule about
risk assessment and security evaluation.
I worked on network,
and My colleagues work on physical enviroment
application systems, they gave me their results , and at last, I was asked to
write a report combined all these results together and showed the problems in
the system to this company.
