【篇一】大学生的期望 The Expectation From College
Students
I am a college student and I will graduate this year. When
the relatives see me, they will ask me about the job. In their
eyes, I can find a good job and earn a lot of money. They have
the high expectation on me. Many students have the high
expectation about their future because the old generation
misleads them, while in fact, they are not that competitive.
我是一名大学生，我今年就要毕业了。当亲戚看到我的时候，他 们就
会问我关于工作的事情。在他们眼里，我能找到一份好工作，挣很多
的钱。他们对我有很高 的期望。很多学生对他们的将来的工作有着很
高的期待，因为老一代误导了他们，事实上，他们并没有那 么有竞争
力。
In our parents’ generation, being a college student
means the bright future, because at that time, less people
could have the chance to go to college, what’s more, the
government arranged the job for them. But in today, things

are changing, college students need to find the job by
themselves. As there are more and more college students, so
the competition is so fierce. Still many people believe college
students deserve to have the good job at the beginning, while
it is wrong.
在我们父母那一代，成为一名大学生意味着光明的未 来，因为在那个
时候，很少人能有机会上大学，而且，政府也会为大学生安排工作。
但是在今天 ，事情发生了改变，大学生需要自己找工作。由于越来越
多的大学生，因此竞争很激烈。仍然有很多人相 信大学生一开始就值
得拥有好的工作，这样的想法是错误的。
The situation is that college students should not hold the
high expectation when they find the job, most of them need to
start with job that is not that ideal, but if they have the ability,
they will get promoted.
情况是大学生不应该在找工作的时候抱着 很高的期望，大部分大学生
开始时的工作不是那么理想，但是如果他们有能力，就会得到晋升。




【篇二】国庆节出游 Traveling on National Day
As the National Day came, I have a vacation, so I made the

plan to go out and travel to the different places. Last year, I
went to the big cities, like Shanghai, there were so many
people, I could hardly see the tourist site. So this year, I
decided to go to the small place, Wu Zhou. But the result is
almost the same, so many people were around everywhere.
随着国庆节的到来，我有一个假期，因此我制定了 出游计划，旅游不
同的地方。去年，我去大城市旅游，比如上海，那里有很多的人，我
几乎看不 到旅游景点。因此今年，我决定去小地方，梧州。但是结果
还是一样，到处都是人。
When I arrived at Wu Zhou, I was attracted by its beautiful
scenery, though the city is small, the water and the mountain
are around the city, which makes the city beautiful and casual.
The city is famous for the food, especially the restaurant which
below the Baiyun mountain. I thought it maybe a little more
people, so I woke up early in the morning for avoiding the
summit time. I came to the restaurant at about 7 o’clock,
there were a lot of people standing in the long line. It needs to
take about two hour for me to get a table!
当我达到梧州的时候，我被它美丽的风景吸引住了，虽然这个城市很
小，但是山水包围着这座城 市，使得这座城市看起来很美丽和休闲。
这座城市的食物很出名，特别是在白云山下的参观。我以为会有 很多
人，因此早早起来，避免高峰期。我大约七点钟就来到了餐馆，很多

人在排队。我需要等两个小时才能等到一张桌子！
Now I have learned a lesson, it is better not to take a trip
in the festival, I need to miss the time if I want to travel in a
comfortable way.
如今我学到了一个教训，不要在节假期 My Holiday'>假日旅游，如
果我想要舒服地旅游，我需要错开时间。




【篇三】巨星退役了 The Superstar’s Retired
Basketball match is the world’s No.2 sport, it only ranks
behind football. Basketball is popular around the world. In
China, as Yao Ming got great achievement in NBA, many
young people keep their eyes on this sport. The superstar
Kobe Bryant is known to all basketball fans, the sad news is
that he has announced his retirement.
篮球比赛是世界第二大运动,它仅仅次于足球 。篮球在全世界都是受
欢迎的。在中国,随着姚明在NBA取得伟大的成就,许多年轻人关注着
这项运动。超级巨星科比-布莱恩特为篮球迷众所周知,悲伤的消息是,
他宣布退役。
When I was in middle school, all the boys were talking

about the basketball game, so I listened to them and started
to fall in love with this sport. Most of my friends were crazy
about Kobe Bryant, they called him the little Jordon, for Kobe
played so well and the team he led had won the championship
many times. His great achievement made him be the top
player all the time.
我在中学的时候,所有的男孩都在谈论篮球比赛 ,所以我听着他们讨论,
开始爱上这项运动。我的大多数朋友都喜欢科比,他们称他为小乔丹,
科比打得那么好,他所率领的团队多次赢得了冠军。他巨大的成就使
他成为球员。
But even the legend Jordon has his retirement time, so
there is no exception for Kobe. After playing for so many years,
he felt it was the suitable time for him to leave this stage. He
wanted to open another chapter of his life. I am so happy to
see Kobe starts his new life.
但即使传说乔丹也有退役的 时候,所以科比也不例外。打了这么多年
后,他认为是时候离开这个舞台了。他想打开他的生活的新篇章 。我
很高兴看到科比开始他的新生活。
