1. every day the water that clean out rice can be used to wash hands ,to wipe furniture,

2. at the bottom of the wardrobe, we can use waste newspapers not only can absorption

moisture, but also can absorb the smell in the wardrobe;
3. dont throw away used mask paper, use it to wipe your jewelry, furniture surface
or brush
belt, is not only a bright shine also can leave the mask paper fragrance;
improve sleep.
5. we should bring our own environmental protection bags when we go shopping.
6. go out with drink cup and reduce the use of disposable cups.

而低碳的生活正是我们目前最好的补救方式--在生活的细节上注重节能减耗。
我们所能做的虽然是很小的事，但是大家的力量合起来就无比强大了。
我们能做到的:
1.每天的淘米水可以用来洗手擦家具，干净卫生，自然滋润。
2.将废旧报纸铺垫在衣橱的最底层，不仅可以吸潮，还能吸收衣柜中的异味;
3.用过的面膜纸也不要扔掉，用它来擦首饰、擦家具的表面或者擦皮带，不仅擦得亮
还能留下面膜纸的香气;
4.喝过的茶叶渣，把它晒干，做一个茶叶枕头，又舒适，还能帮助改善睡眠。
5.出门购物，自己带环保袋，无论是免费或者收费的塑料袋，都减少使用。
6.出门自带喝水杯，减少使用一次性杯子。
7.多用永久性的筷子、饭盒，尽量避免使用一次性的餐具。
8.养成随手关闭电器电源的习惯，避免浪费用电。
9.尽量不使用冰箱、空调，热时可用电扇或扇子。

firstly, you should have a balanced diet. you may not like eating vegetables. you

your health. secondly, you’d better eat regular meals. you need to eat breakfast,
lunch, and dinner every day. regular meals throughout the day give you enough energy

most of you like eating snacks. they may affect your appetite. besides, too many snacks

一张去吉林的火车票，塞到大嫂手里，大嫂含着眼泪说：“大兄弟，你叫什么名字，是哪个单
位 的？”雷锋说：“我叫解放军，就住在中国”。
同学们，做人，就要记住别人对自己的帮助，就要学会 帮助别人。我们应该像雷锋那样，刻
