宾语从句
1.掌握由连接代词、连接副词及that, if, whether等引导的宾语从句的结构及其用法;
2.掌握宾语从句的时态，注意主句、从句时态的呼应;
3.掌握宾语从句的语序，无论主句是陈述句还是疑问句，宾语从句必须用陈述句语序。
宾语从句的定义：在句中起宾语作用的从句
宾语从句分类：动词的宾语从句、介词的宾语从句、形容词的宾语从句
宾语从句连接词：从属 连词that、whether、if；连接代词：who、whom、whose、which、what等；连接副词when、where、why、how等
1 that引导的宾语从句
由that引导的宾语从句表示陈述意义。从属连词that无实际意义，在句中不充当任何成分。
此时 宾语从句的成分齐全，句意明确。在口语或非正式文体中that常常省略。
如：I don’t think (that) there will be time to do it.
Many people believe (that) robots will do most our work.
2 whether/if引导的宾语从句
（1）用whether/if的情况
whether/if引导的从句大多由一般疑问句作 直接引语变化而来，常常放在ask/care/wonder/find
out/doubt等后。 whether/if在从句中不作任何成分，但是含有“是否”的意思，在句中不可
省略。
如：Do you care whether/if you win?
I asked them whether/if they would win the match.
3 只用whether不用if的情况
（1）引导介词后的宾语从句
如：It depends on whether it will snow tomorrow.
（2）与or not连用时
如：Let me know whether he has passed on the exam or not.
（3）与不定式连用时
如：I really don’t know whether to accept or refuse.
（4）宾语从句置于句首时
如：Whether they can come here on time, we don’t know.
4 连接代词、连接副词引导的宾语从句时，连接代词、连接副词不能省略
如：Do you know who will come this afternoon?
I will tell you why I am angry with him.
5 宾语从句的时态
（1）时态的变化
当主语的谓语动词是一般过去时时，其宾语从句的时态一般要用相应的过去时态。
如：He said (that) he was going to take care of the boy.
