此句是用比较级的否定形式表示最高级含义。
e.g. — How are you getting on? — Nothing could be better. 再好不过了。
1) Nothing is more pleasant than travelling.
=Travelling is the most pleasant thing.

2) 当你疲劳的时候，没有什么比好好休息一下更好的了。
There is nothing better than a good rest when you are very tired.
下列结构均表示最高级的含义：
(1)never和完成时连用表示最高级。
I have never seen such a good girl.= This is the best girl I have ever seen.
这是我见过的最好的女孩
(2)否定词＋so/as＋形容词或副词的原级＋as...如：
Nobody is as lucky as him. =He is the luckiest people.
(3)as...as ever...如：
He was as brave a man as ever lived in the country.
(4)比较级＋than＋any other＋单数名词
比较级＋than＋anything/anyone else＋比较范围
He is cleverer than any other student in the class.
She sang better than anyone else in the country.
拓展：
can not(never)+adj+ enough
can not(never)+ too +adj “再……也不过分”。如：
