On the matter of Party A accepting Travel English training taught by Chinese teachers, and based on the
principle of friendship, long-term and win-win cooperation，Party B thereby has made the following
proposals for cooperation.

关于具体日期和时间，甲乙双方需进一步协商并确认
Twice per week，2 class hours each time，10 weeks, 40 class hours in total
Party A and Party B shall further negotiate to confirm the specific time plan
