一、酒店英语口语交际之前厅部
想象一下当你走进一家国际性酒店时，迎面来的 是面带微笑的迎宾员工，这
时你可以听到他们亲切的说：Welcome to our hotel !（欢迎光临本酒
店！），这时你会不会感觉到进入酒店就像回到家一样的温馨。
走进酒店前厅，你一定最先看到前台工作人员的目光投向你，下面由我来
教你如何进行一些如 何入住酒店的简单对话吧。
(“W”表示：waiter服务员; “C”表示：customer 顾客)
W:Good morning/Good afternoon/Good evening,May I help
you ?(早上好/中午好/晚上好，请问有什么可以帮您的吗?)
C :Well, I’d like to check in, please.（我想要入住酒店）
W: All right. Do you have a reservation with us, sir?(先生，你在我们店
里有预订吗？)
C: Sorry, I didn’t book any room before. I would like to know which
standard room do you have ？（不好意思，我之前没有预订。我想知道你们
这里哪种是我想要的标准间？）

W: Wait a moment, please. We have triple room, standard double
room, and standard single room. What kind of room do you need?（请稍

入住手 续办理学会之后，你会发现入住酒店相反的一定有退房服务，退房服
务的英语一般这样说：(Check out)，下面是如何办理退房的服务的口语对话，
我来分享一下：

R= Room Attendant (客房服务员) G= Guest (宾客)
R: Good evening, madam and sir. May I do the turndown service for
you now?
晚上好，夫人和先生，请问我可以为你们进行开夜床服务了吗?
G: Oh, thank you. But you see, we have invited some friends over.
We're going to have a small party here in the room. Could you come back
in three hours?
噢，谢谢你。但是我们邀请了一些朋友过来聚聚。我们将在这房间开一个小

R: Certainly, madam. I'll let the overnight staff know. They will come
then.

Dialogue 1
(A couple waiting to be seated in a crowded restaurant)

W: Do you have a reservation, sir? 请问您订位了吗?先生,太太?
B: No, I am afraid we don’t. 没有。
W: I’m sorry. The restaurant is full now. You have to wait for about
half an hour.
Would you care to have a drink at the lounge until a table is
available?

B: No,thanks. We’ll come back later. May I reserve a table for two?

1. 进房前
