1.单元内容总体描述:本单元呈现了经典童话故事《五颗豌豆》,以five peas 的
愿望和不同的命运为线索,复习一般现在时、过去时、将来时、现在进行时、比较
级几种语法 的巩固,课文中出现的比较级现象不要求学生掌握,只要理解句意即可。
2.全套教材中与本单元相关的教学内容分析:
功能:谈论自己的理想,描述事件发展的顺序
话题:能简单讲述故事。
语言知识: Vocabulary:see the world、one by one、look out of
Review the sentence patterns and everyday language:
1、Five peas lived together in a pod.
2、We`ll leave this pod and see the world.
单元3、The first pea fell on a roof and a bird ate it.
整体语言技能:
分析
Listen:Understand the story content to understand the effect.
Say: Use the past tense simply telling the story.
Read: Read the story five peas, knowing the truth.
Write: Can be combined with context, write the correct sentence and thank you for
your own ideal and plan.
本单元将复习一般将 来时、一般过去时、现在进行时、比较级四种语法,其中
比较级只要理解即可,文本中还出现了序数词的 巩固。
本册教材与此相关的内容分析:

Unit 3Our school in the future You will I will将来时We`ll I`ll



学生在预习的前提下基本能掌握文中一些词块。能在具体语境中联系上下文理
解内容大概意思。 We`ll 、 I`ll 等句型也是学生们很熟悉的,有些动词过去试有同
学会有遗忘。




难点预测:学生可能不好理解以下内容
在 讲述或表演故事的过程中不能很好的做到内容、语言与情感的同步推进。在教学
中我将采用多听录音,提 炼重点词汇,小组合作等办法,引导学生理解并有感情的
复述文本。

1、Show peas picture and T says:today we`ll read his story“The five
peas”.
T:What can you see in the picture?
S1:I can see a big green pod and some peas.
S2:I can see some small flowers.
All together read words :pod pea,,then use there be describe the pea
and pod.
2、Look at the ppt then answer :What is the story about?(It`s about five
peas.)
What did the fifth pea want to do?(He wanted to do something
useful.)
What happened to the fifth pea at last?(He grew into a plant.)
3、Open the books and all together read the text again

1) What can you see in the picture?(I can see a pod and five
peas.)
2) What colour is the pod?(The pod is green.)
3) Where do the peas live?(The five peas live in a pod.)

1) Who is in the picture?(A boy.)
2) What does the boy do in the picture?(He puts the pod in his
pocket.)

4、Study the picture 1: all together read the text follow the tape .Help
understand“bigger 、stronger 、see the word”meaning.
5、Study the picture 2 and 3: Teachers explain the new words and
phrases and the key to read, how to use this sentence, eg:pick the
pod、excited、take…out of、make good bullets,then ask and
answer。
T:Did the peas grow bigger and bigger?
S1:Yes,they did.
T:What did the boy do when he saw the pod?
S2:He picked the pod.

T:Were the peas happt or sad about this?Why?
S3:They were very excited,because they would see the world
soon.
T:The boy took the peas out of the pod and what did he say?
S4:He said,“You`ll make good bullets”.
6、Study the picture 4 and 5:Teachers of one of the words 、phrases
and sentences to explain and to lead students to read。Eg:lazy、happy、
anywhere、do something useful。Then use sentence I`ll…say five pea
ideal.
