1. 我可以新开户吗？ Can I open a new account?
2. 请问您想要什么账号, 是往来账号、个人账号、公司账号、
外汇账号、还是存款账号？
What account do you want, a current account, a personal
account, a company account, a foreign currency account or a
savings account?
3. 我想我需要一个个人往来账号和一个存款账号。
I think I need both a personal current account and a savings
account.
4. 往来账号有支票本，您可以随时将钱到银行进账，也可以
用支票转帐、提现、透支，
但往来账号没有利息。
There is a cheque book for the current account. You can pay
in the money in the bank. You can also transfer account,
withdraw cash and overdraft with you cheque. However there is
no interest for a current account.
5. 往来账号非常方便，虽然没有利息，但是它非常安全快捷，
全国各地 都可以提现，你不必要带着现款到处走。
A current account is very convenient though without interest.
It’s safe and fast. You can withdraw cash nationwide. You don’t
have to travel extensively with cash.
6. 每到一地，您可以去一家分行，开出支票，在支票后背书，
就可以提现了。
Everywhere you go, you can go to a branch bank, draw the
cheque, endorse it and you can withdraw cash.
7. 谁是出票人？ Who is the drawer of the cheque?
8. 支票上要标明大小写金额。 The amount in figures and
words need to be clearly indicated.
9. 一般客户是不准透支的。 Ordinary customers are denied
of the right to make an overdraft.
10. 透支前必须征得银行经理的同意。 Overdraft must be
approved by the bank manager.
11. 洗钱是通过银行进行的一项国际性金融犯罪。
Money laundering is a international financial crime which is
carried out through banks.
12. 提现需要户主的签名。
Cash withdrawal requires the signature of the account holder.
13. 支票开出两天内，开票人有权止付支票。
The drawer of the cheque can stop payment in two days after
the cheque is drawn.
14. 支票进账时，应先填写进账单。
First fill in the pay-in slip when you are bank a cheque.
15. 市内支票一般需三个工作日才能清理, 而市外支票需五
个工作日才能清理。
It usually takes three working days for an in-city cheque to
be cleared，whereas it takes five working days for an upcountry
cheque to be cleared.
16. 此户已取消。 Account closed.
17. 此票已止付。 Payment stopped.
18. 支票开出后，开票人可以在二十四小时内止付。
The drawer of the cheque can stop a cheque within 24 hours
after the cheque is drawn.
19. 但是止付支票，银行将向出票人收取一定额度的罚金。
However the bank will levy a charge as a fine if a drawer
stops a cheque.
