A: How’s work at the moment?
B: I’m rather tired. I’m under a lot of pressure. I didn’t sleep a wink last
night.
A: What’s up?
B: My boss is very pushy. He’s assigned me three projects and now the
deadlines are getting close and I still have one project to go.
A: Is there anything I can do for you?
B: No, thanks. I can do it myself, but talking with you has helped.
A: You look very tired. I think you need a break!
B: I know. My chances would be better if they hired more people, but it
would raise the pay expenses.
A: Maybe you should talk to the manager.
B: Him? He has such a mean streak now! I just went to his office to ask for
