　　climb the career ladders. It is a basic quality that the freshmen should be

　　equipped to meet the demand of workplace. If they do not work according to

　　standard business norms, they are likely to make mistakes. For another, how to

　　communicate and socialize with colleagues and the superior could also be a

　　difficulty for a freshman who have just graduated from university. Communication

　　skill is significant to make work done smoothly.

　　All in all, from what has been discussed above, the two major challenges

　　are common for undergraduates. The awareness of the potential problems and

　　proper adjustment to fit into the professional world are necessary for all of

　　the new starters.
