environment?
你理想的工作和工作环境是怎样的？
I would love to work in a job in which I can work both by
myself and with others to achieve the end results. I am very
self-motivated, so I am interested in working in an
atmosphere where I can continuously learn new things and
improve my skills.
我喜欢这样的工作：我既能独自工作， 又能与大家合作一起达成
结果。我喜欢激励自己，所以我有兴趣在一个我一直能学到新东西以
及 提升我自身技能的地方工作。
I flourish in an environment that allows me to grow my
position and gives learning opportunities. I like work
environments where trust and team-work are keys to success. I
really enjoy working with teams and feel mutual trust and
respect is a necessary component to any job.

好。我喜欢工作环境中，信任和团队合作是成功的关键。我 真的很喜

I enjoy a workplace that gives enough space and helps
employees to grow. There should be healthy team-work, good
communication and mutual understanding between each team
member. I want a workplace where there is respect for an
individual’s ideas and where management always appreciates
good work, as well as knowledge.
