英语四六级书信写法及范文精选
常考类型：慰问信，感谢性，投诉信等。书信是考研的必考题 ，种类也有1余种，
但英语四六级通常是考这三大类。（投诉信在某种程度上就是建议信）
One慰问信
常见出题形式：
亲友生了病或受了伤，或由于火灾、水灾、被盗等不 幸事件蒙受了损失，就应该
写封信表示慰问。慰问信要写的真诚，要注意措辞。写慰问信时，一定要围绕 一
个中心，那就是使收信人从中得到安慰和鼓舞。
1. 慰问病人 (To Those Who Are Ill)
Dear Mrs. Corbin,
I was so sorry to learn of your illness. You must hurry and get well！
Everybody in the neighborhood misses you, and we’re all hoping you’
ll be back soon.

2. 慰问受伤的人（To Those Who Have Been Injured）
写给受伤的 人的慰问信要尽量简短、中肯。信中不必查问事故是怎么发生的，
是谁的过错，或有无见证人；而应表达 你听到友人受伤后的难过心情，以及希望
他不久就能痊愈等等。换言之，你关心的不是事故的前前后后， 而应该是受伤者
的身体和恢复情况。
Dear Tom,
I just can’t tell you how sorry I was to learn of your accident. Your
family tells me that your are progressing nicely, and that you’ll be out of
the hospital in about ten days, I’m certainly relieved to know that!
In the next day or so you’ll receive a little package from Margaret and

1）感谢信的写法
人们在交往中常需要相互致谢，收到别 人赠送的礼物，得到别人的帮助、受到别
人的慰问，都应该表示感谢。感谢信是人们常用的一种感谢方式 。感谢信最主要
的特点是真诚。缺乏真挚的感情答谢他人，收信人将对你的谢意产生怀疑，感谢
的目的也就失去了。因此，写感谢信首先得真心诚意。
感谢信另一个特点是具体。写感谢信切忌泛泛而 谈，而应着重于具体的感谢事由。
其次一个特点是及时。收到别人礼物、得到别人帮助，应及时写信予以 答谢。否
则，人家会对你的谢意大打折扣。
收到他人赠送的礼物应当及时写封感谢信，感谢信 除了应写得真诚、具体、及时
外，还应当特别提及所收礼物的具体内容，否则，泛泛而谈，使人觉得你不 够真
