方法的反思和对保土保水新方法的探索。经过多年的研究，美国科
学家确认是铧式犁翻耕破坏了土壤结构和地表植被，使得土壤缺乏
抵抗干旱和大风天气的能力。 由此，逐步创立了以秸秆、残茬覆盖
和免耕播种为核心的保护性耕作，并发展成为美国主流的耕作制度。
