PRODUCTS PROCESSING INDICATOR (FOR REFERENCE ONLY)
It can be produced by PVC ordinary screw extruder. The compound which has been stored more than 2 months shall be dried before use. The drying temperature shall be 85℃
and the duration shall be 1-2 hours. Reference temperature is set as follows:
The best extrusion temperature depends on the screw structure of extruder,such as L/D ratio, compression ratio etc.
The PVC insulation material is based on polyvinyl chloride resin as basic raw material together with high quality plasticizer and other additives, after thorough mixing plastics
granulation, it shows outstanding integrated property including excellent mechanical performance, good extrusion surface, excellent thermal stability and insulating property.
PACKAGE, TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
Package
:

Paper-plastic composite inside and kraft outside or tons of bag, The package can be customized according to the customer.
Transport:

It should not be in the sun, rain, soaking, contact with high temperature and other abnormal conditions on transporting. It should keep clean、dry、no
contamination and complete package.
Storage:

The product should be in clean, cool, dry, ventilated inside storeroom. Keep away from shelf life should no more than 6 months at room
temperature.
