我最喜欢的节日

my favorite holiday is new year. it is a very important festival
in chinese culture. in fact, its the highlight of the year.
everyone returns home for a family reunion. we have a big
feast and chat about all the things that have happened in our
lives. people also visit each other. we exchange gifts and good
wishes for the next year.

我最喜欢的节日是新年。在中国文化中，新年是一个非常重 要的节
日。事实上，它是一年中最好的（日子）。每个人都回家与家人团
聚。我们有一个比较大 的盛会并且（与他人）畅聊所有发生在我们
生活中的事。人们总是互相拜访。我们交换礼物和来年的祝福 。

new year is especially fun for kids. thats because we get

presents and treats, including red envelopes filled with money.
but we never forget that this holiday is a time to give thanks.
we feel grateful for our family and the things that we have.
finally, we think about the future and the great year ahead. 对孩
子 来说，新年是一个特别快乐（的日子）。因为我们可以得到礼物
和乐趣，这其中就包括红包。但我们从未 忘记新年是一个给予（他
人）感恩的日子。我们对家人以及拥有的事物感恩。最后，我们考

b: you know my house is near the highway, every day in the
early morning my sweet dreams are ended with the terrible
noise .

a:what a pity ！

b:i think noise has increased greatly these years . i always
bored by the noise 。

a:yeah, noise has become a terrible pollution which affect our
life seriously.

b: that’s why ?

a:because in modern time , machines、trucks、planes 、
factory are become more and more , we all live surrounded by
these which can make a loud noise .

b: does the noise have some harms ?

a:certainly ,the noise can cause great harm to our
hearing ,according to a research , one person out of twenty in
china has got some hearing loss, and the situation is getting
worse and worse . besides , the noise makes us become angry
more easily.

b: oh my god , it’s so terrible ,we must take some measures to
prevent the pollution of noise . a: yes, as we all know, our
government has taking some measures to prevent it ,such as
planting trees、forbidding construction in the night and
forbidding set off firecrackers in the city.

b: yeah ,in order to build a health life , i think our students
must do something too . a:right ,we are organizing an activity
of planting trees this weekend, and the tree can prevent noise
effectively, do you want join us ?

b: i am glad to.

a:do you know our school have a environmental protection
organization ? i am a member of it.

b: no ,can i join it ,i think it’s very helpful and meaningful

a: welcome .
