客户来往，不方便接待：
1. We are glad to know that you would like to visit us,unfortunately we will attend a show in
USA from Aug **to**,however,we will be pleased to see you before Aug**th or after
Aug.**th.
2. Unfortunately we will have another appointment on Aug.**th which was se up one month
ago,if there any possibilities for us to meet on Aug.**or Aug?
3. I am afraid that my boss will be out of office by then,if you don’t mind,I will be pleased to
show you around our factory and have further discussion on future business with you.
4. Dear Thomas,
As you mentioned before,you should like to visit us during August ,please kindly note that I
will be available form Aug.**to**,if you visit us by then,Let me know without besitation.

接待客户一例：
介绍自己公司：
This is our old factory,now we have got bigger workshop…Besides these machines,we just bought
another two stamping are imported from is our main product and this is
the product you are interested in,A120.

This is different packing way as per clients’s is the packing way we will use for
your order,what do you think?

工厂参观：
Mr.Z,this is our melting workshop,now we have got two melting furnaces,each of them can melt
around 10 tons per day…This is our molding workshop..This is our assembly
workshop ..Mr .Z,these products will be shipped to U.S.A and these products will be shipped to
Germany,This product is quite similar to our order,What do you think?

It looks good ,but I can see the colour of each chain differs from each other,and for my
clients,they don’t like this problem.

I understand what you mean,actually the colour has nothing to do with the quality,but if you
don’t like the colour variation,we can have a sample confirmed and then we will try to follow the
sample the sample colour.

That will be good for us
