to
the
question
whether
government
should
take
an
important
part
in
the
protection
of
animals
and
wilderness
area,
the
attitude
differs
from
people
to
people.
Some
people may concern that the manpower and material resources put into the animal protection
could
not
yield
any
direct
economic
or
social
benefits.
While
others
think
that
it
is
an
indispensableresponsibility
for
government
to
protect
animals.
In
my
opinion,
I
would
like
to
support the latter statement for the following reasons.

First
of
all,
wilder
animals
or
wilderness
areas
are
scarce
tourism
resources
for
economic
booming. Wilderness areas have unique spectacular views, which can be transformed to scenic
zone
through
protection.
One
successful
case
is
Yellow
Stone
Park
in
North
America:
The
protection of wilderness areas of Yellow Stone not only preserve the whole ecosystem including
native wilder animals, but also provide enormous revenues through tourism every year. It is not
impossible to make budget balance through wilderness protection. Therefore, the government is
worth protecting the wilderness.

In
addition,
some
animals
have
become
a
symbol
of
a nation
and
government
should
prevent
those wilder animals from extinction. Panda, definitely, is one of the first things about China, a
foreigner
come
into
his
mind.
Panda
is
usually
an
important
part
of
any
cultural
activities
propagating
Chinese
culture.
Can
you
imagine
that,
long
after
when
panda
is extinct
from
our
country,
a
foreigner
come
to
China
and
require
you
to
show
him
Panda.
I
think
it
is
a
huge
embarrassment if the panda is extinct due to lack of our protection. Today

s government should
do something to prevent our next generations from that jeopardy.

positive impact of the development of the society.

Whether fast urbanization brings society mostly positive or negative impact, may be regarded as
one of the most polemical issue in China. Some argue that the rapid cities growth will s galvanize
the industrial congregation, facilitate the country modernization, and bring residents lots of job
opportunities.
However,
as
far
as
I
see,
fast
cities
growth
also
intrigued
lots
of
social
and
economic problems. We should slow down the pace of urbanization.

If the first place, it is hard for individuals, especially those new citizens just lose their farm land,
to
adjust
the
giant
change
brought
by
the
rapid
urbanization.
More
specifically,
the
fast
cities
growth, which is always driven by the government, made farmers passively become new citizens.
And
the
new
citizens
used
to
make
a
living
on
their
agriculture
skills,
suddenly
found
their
professional skills can’t provide them a decent job in the city.
Obviously, they become the idlers
without a job in city, which has hidden danger for series of social problems. Therefore, the huge
change brought by rapid cities growth is not easy for citizens to adjust.


In addition, the rapid growth of cities will intensify the housing price problem in city. It is well
know that the market price of house is determined by the demand of buyers and the supply of
constructors.
Undoubtedly,
the
housing
demand
in
city
is
going
to
surge
because
the
increasingnumber of buyers, who is new city dweller driven by fast urbanization. It is predictable
that the housing prize will increase in the future. Since the housing price is already in a high level,
this is ruthlessly hurt most housing demanders

heart. For example, there are already five protest
demonstrations
in
my
city,
because
the
increase
of
housing
price
is
faster
than
the
growth
of
average salary. Hence, the rapid cities growth is intensifying the conflict of housing price.

Last
but
not
least,
the
construction
of
public
service
could
not
follow
the
pace
of
rapid
cities
growth. In detail, the building construction of ancillary public service is easy to build like school,
hospital and road, but the qualified teachers, doctors and service mangers can

t be easily trained.
For example, the number of primary school students per class in standard is thirty, but that in my
nearby school is at least fifty, and there are also lots of school-age children can

t enrolled in a
school.

school

afford

students in my school. Because there are not enough qualified teachers in the labor market.

Obviously, the city itself, especially the software construction part, is not ready to accommodate

In light of what we have discussed above, the rapid growth of cities is causing series of social and
economic problems. Only slow the pace of urbanization can let the citizens and the public service
constructions adjust to the giant change brought by city expansion.

If you ask me whether older friends can give your more valuable advice than friends in your same
age, I would have to admit that I cannot give you straight answer because it really contingent on
the particular on the specific circumstances.

It is undeniable that older friends can provide you for constructive advice through rich experience.
But
the
world
is
changing
so
fast
that,
the
experience
from
older
friends
may
be
out
of
date.

When the senior students in my major were hunting for a job, it was easy for graduates in my
management
college
to
find
a
job
in
investment
banks,
security
companies
and
funds.
With
government support and surging stock market, the finial industry was booming and showed huge
labor demand in that time. Given the information form the seniors, my classmates and I believed
we were going to have a promising future in finance. But everything had changed when the time
we
came
into
the
job
market.
The
stock
market
was
at
big
bear,
and
none
of
the
finical
institutions provided any job. In fact, the suggestions from older friends were not up to date and
mislead us. The only thing never change in the world is change. Therefore, the advices from older
friends may be out of date due to the fast change in situation and environment.


In
addition,
friends
in
the
same
age
share
a
lot
in
common
and
can
be
communicated
more
effectively
and
efficiently.
When
I
want
to
have
a
chat
with
seniors,
I
usually
need
to
send

email or a text message to make an appointment. It is not polite to just call them straight. But

want
ask
same
age
friends
for
suggestions,
I
feel
free
to
call
them

time.
In

these friends in same age are the ones first come into my mind when I am in jeopardy and really

more
rely
on

friends

It is undeniable that fast urbanization will bring big problems, especially those new citizens who

government, made farmers passively become new citizens. And the new citizens used to make a

first.

he

negative impact, but this will be tackled as soon as new citizen acclimatize their new life.

Nonetheless, the economy development for the long run urges a fast cities growth.
