一、

背景知识

接待外宾是涉外秘书一项重要的工作。在外宾抵达以前,应做好以下准备工作:

.了解清楚来访外宾的总人数、来访人员的职务、性别、礼宾次序。

.了解外宾的饮食爱好、宗教禁忌以及是否有特殊的生活习 惯,必要时,还可向对方
索要来访者的血型资料。

苦,努力使每次外事活动都安排得热情周到、无微不至, 让客人深感宾至如归。

安排好 外宾来访期间的工作和生活是外事接待工作的重要组成部分。住房、乘车、
生活起居,要尽量使其舒适、 方便、安全,饮食应当可口。住地应当选择在环境优美、
安静的地段,使来宾在繁忙紧张的活动之后得到 适当的歇息。

日程安排的松紧要适当,不可太少,让客人感到在宾馆里无所事事,有冷遇感; 也
不可太多,令客人感到筋疲力尽。

接待质量的高低,体现了对来访客人的重视和欢 迎程度。在接待工作中,秘书既要
时时表现出主动、热情、周到、善解人意,同时,还要不卑不亢,保持 尊严,决不能做
