12. SHIPPING ADVICE

Immediately after the goods have been dispatched, the Seller shall notify the Buyer by cable or fax the contract
number, name of goods, quantity, weight, total value, name and date of the flight and port of destination.

13. GUARANTEE OF QUALITY

The Seller shall guarantee that the commodity is made of the best materials, with first class workmanship, brand
new, unused and complies in all respects with the quality, specifications and performance as stipulated in this
Contract. The guarantee period shall be 12 months counting from the date of final acceptance certificate.
