定义：倡议书由个人或集体发出，作用是倡导某项活动。

体裁及格式：倡议书属于应 用文的一种，由标题、称呼、正文、结尾、落款
五部分组成。

时态：一般用将来时或一般现在时。

写作要求：题目常会给出标题、称呼、结尾、落 款这四部分，考生只需完成
正文即可。这类写作的正文包括倡议的目的、内容以及呼吁。

）称呼。写称呼的目的是为了明确倡议的对象，一般要依据倡议的对象而选
用 适当的称呼，
如：
“Dear
friends”，
“Dear
schoolmates”，
“Dear
editor”，
“Dear students”等。

）正文。倡议意在引起他人的响应，这就要求 作者须清楚说明倡议背景、原
因，申明倡议目的，做到让人信服，人们才能响应并自觉行动。倡议的内容 也要
具体，
要写明有什么作用。
一般倡议的内容可为几点来写的，
这样倡议的 对象更
容易看清，更容易明白，效果也更好。

）结尾。结尾可 表明倡议者的决心和希望或者提出某种建议，但是一般不在
结尾用些表示敬意或祝愿的话。
