Step One: Lead-in

Play a video about the community in USA and the community in China.
Ask students to talk about the difference about it.


Step Two: Warm up & listening and Speaking

I. Learn the new words of Dialogue

II. There are five pictures on page 71. After learning the new words, the teacher asks
students to match the pictures and the words.

make
a
conversation according to the questions on page 72

. Play the video for two times to finish task 1 to ask students to pick up the facilities
of the community. If some of the students cannot understand, the teacher should play
the video again.

It is easy to understand the meaning of the dialogue, but it is difficult to make a new
dialogue according to the given information. I am confused about it.

For this dialogue, it is not so difficult to understand, but I figure out that most of the
students cannot read the dialogue fluently. Maybe we need to pay more attention to
the pronounciation.
