. Background
私人空间,是指个人身体和身体所处的私密范围,比如个人的身体隐秘部位,

私 人房屋里的私人财产和私人空间的隐私神圣不可侵犯,但是在私人房屋里大
声喧哗、敲敲打打之类干扰社 区的行为在法制国家里是不可能发生的,因为它
将被视为在公共场所里的私人空间从事危害社会公共秩序 的行为而受到处罚。
一个经典的证据可以说明:在美国,只要你在影剧院、酒吧饭馆之类的公共场
所消费,则你在消费所处的位置上有个人空间的使用所有权,别人不得侵扰,
