此次演讲比赛为初赛选拔赛，
经初赛推荐优秀选手

名参加全镇选拔赛。
选拔出来的一等奖
教师和 学生将推荐参加县里的复赛。

教职工组（本着自愿原 则）只推选第一名到镇参加比赛，学生组推选前

名到镇参加比赛。

比赛规则
1
、演讲顺序由选手抽签决定。
2
、参赛选手须脱稿演讲，时间不超过
6
分钟，使用普通话演讲。
3
、评分去掉一个最高分和一个最低分，取其平均分为选手最后得分。
4
、评委当场亮分，第二位选手演讲完毕，公布前一位选手的得分。
5
、主持人宣布参赛选手上场后，超过一分钟未上场者视为弃权。
6
